Another set of rather boring and expensive cosmetics. Stop doing that already. Don't buy low quality products. Live a healthy lifestyle, brush your teeth. Do exercises in the morning. Why am I writing another review?
Borderlands 3: Gearbox Cosmetic Pack offers a visually captivating experience that allows players to customize their characters with an array of stylish and vibrant cosmetic items. As a fan of the Borderlands series, I couldn't resist diving into this pack to enhance my gameplay experience and give my vault hunters a fresh look. Here's my review of the Gearbox Cosmetic Pack.
First and foremost, the pack introduces a wide range of cosmetic options that cater to different tastes. From headpieces and skins to emotes and weapon trinkets, Gearbox has left no stone unturned in providing players with an extensive selection of visually appealing items. Each piece showcases the iconic Borderlands art style, combining cel-shaded graphics with a healthy dose of creativity and humor.
One of the highlights of the Gearbox Cosmetic Pack is the attention to detail in each item. Whether it's a headpiece adorned with gears, a skin boasting intricate patterns, or a weapon trinket representing a beloved character, you can clearly see the effort put into crafting these cosmetics. The vivid colors and meticulous designs bring a fresh layer of personality to the game, ensuring that each player can create a truly unique and eye-catching character.
Additionally, the pack features excellent integration with the existing gameplay. The cosmetics seamlessly blend with the game's mechanics, allowing you to showcase your style while battling enemies and exploring the diverse environments. It's a joy to see your character's customized appearance come to life as you wreak havoc upon the various foes that populate the Borderlands universe.
On the downside, the Gearbox Cosmetic Pack is purely aesthetic and doesn't impact gameplay beyond personalization. Some players might crave more meaningful additions that affect abilities or provide unique bonuses. While the pack does an exceptional job of delivering cosmetic variety, those seeking a deeper gameplay impact may find themselves yearning for more.
Furthermore, the price point of the Gearbox Cosmetic Pack might be a concern for some players. It's worth noting that the pack is an additional purchase on top of the base game, and individual preferences will determine whether the cosmetic enhancements are worth the price tag. However, for dedicated fans of the series who appreciate the art style and desire greater character customization, the pack is likely to be a worthwhile investment.
In conclusion, Borderlands 3: Gearbox Cosmetic Pack delivers a visually stimulating experience that allows players to express their creativity and individuality within the game. The pack's extensive selection of unique cosmetics, attention to detail, and seamless integration with gameplay make it an excellent addition to the Borderlands 3 experience. While the lack of gameplay impact and the additional cost might be minor drawbacks for some, the sheer joy of seeing your character decked out in stylish and humorous gear is well worth the price for fans of the series. Bought this and only this from the DLC page and I believe this to be amazing! Money well spent!
It's fine but the game still sucks
already been done a thousand times...
only buy if you love giving money away.
or pay for the de'lucks version.
Purchased the Super Deluxe Edition. Good game so far. Just a rotten shame we have a different voice actor for Claptrap (Blame that on Randy Pitchfork)
$7 for this hahahahahahah
no
deluxe version then fine you got it, but standalone?
hahahahhahahahhahahaa
People that buy this individually are the type that the wuhan corona virus toilet paper and cleaning supply "resalers" love
no use for these weapons. save your money
doesnt even look cool, only buy if you like supporting randy pitchfork
Cool skins though not really worth:) Came with the super deluxe edition so no complaints but wouldn't say worth otherwise:)
with the super deluxe bundle... otherwise, stop buying this crap.
received this through the bundle. Do NOT buy it (via DLC) for any reason.
Geez you might as well give us a weapon skin that just removes all the textures entirely
Who on earth would write a positive review to THIS
Why is this even DLC?
Why would anyone pay for this?
I got in in the bundle, but otherwise this is just greedy and pointless.
Buy it in the pack, otherwise not worth.
Wow.
I have this pack (SD edition).
I have it, yet I have no idea what it is. That is how under-fucking-whelming this pack is.
Neither in-game or in the store page does it clearly say what this pack includes, what you get, and I have no idea, so either it is completely unnecessary (most likely) or it is dropped somewhere in the game and I haven't found it yet.
I assume it's a cosmetic pack? Don't buy this worthless $hit.
I got as part of the Super Deluxe Edition (which was good value), I for one actually really like the look of the weapon skin :)
...not worth $7.55 AU tho
Got it through the bundle, don't buy it by itself, you'd have to be insane to waste $5 on this.
Cosmetics? Okay. 7 Dollars? Get out of here
Pay $ to make my cool guns looks white? hell na brah.
I get this bundled with deluxe, don't buy this, you will regret it.
Got this with the Deluxe/Super Deluxe Edition (do not remember which one I bought), and do not suggest buying this individually.
Borderlands 3
Cons:
network error
error no more XP
error no more Level up
Keep Crashing
The actual story is unbelievably bad
I don't like characters
0/10 story & characters
Ava
Humour is non-existent
The main antagonists are the worst I've seen in Borderlands 1&2
The story is crap
Worst game of the series
The actual story is unbelievably bad
Random disconnections
bad game.Really bad compared to the previous games in the series
stupid game. regret buying
I just can't recommend this game.do not buy
Borderlands 2 is Better Than Borderlands 3
buy this DLC get => lowest weapons than borderlands 3 defualt
got it with the super deluxe edition. it's just a cosmetic pack and they do look decent enough so thumbs up. just don't buy this by itself
Absolutely horrendous.
Nothing of late game relevance.
Part of super deluxe but not including the future content which was promised.
Can't seem to find any skins in the game
$5 for some silver skins. Is that really worth the $5? Just because you have disposable income doesn't mean you should dispose of it.
basically what everyone else said, if it wasn't in the bundle no reason to get it lmao.
who in the right mind is going to buy this shit?
Should be at most $0.49. The skin is strikingly similar to the black and white weapon skin you can find in game for FREE. I only have this because I bought the deluxe edition on sale. Remember, this is just ONE skin, and all it does is turn your gun grey.
$7 for a single weapon skin is a rip-off.
Oh sure, because I sure as balls want to paint my guns in Randy Bo Bandy's company colours. And they are about as bland as Randy is er... eccentric.
Seriously though this one is literally the worst skin dlc. Waste of hard drive space. PLEASE tell me you're here because you want to vent about the thing's price in the review section after getting one of the bundles and you are NOT seriously thinking about buying this.
