There are six tracks to this DLC, with a total length of 21 minutes 30 seconds. The bit rate is a little too low for my expectations, at 128 kbps, but it will suffice if you are just listening the soundtrack with headphones.
The music is essentially synthesized work done on an electronic keyboard, catchy enough on its own and especially memorable if you played the game. It is very refreshing for me to hear these tracks for once when I’m not stressing out over my consecutive deaths in game.
For the asking price of a dollar, I will recommend a purchase.
DLC verdict: Get it on sale
Comment:
The soundtrack is okay ... and if you have a setup like me and you could not listen to the music IN the game (there is a bug preventing that on some systems) this is the only way to actually listen to it. Still, considering it is 6 songs at the same price as the game I would say to wait for a sale...

Defy Gravity has a great soundtrack, short yet distinct. Bit rate is notably lower than to be expected from a soundtrack release. The biggest problem is the poor crediting, from looking into it, all six tracks are compiled from free to use music from three different artists including Silenos, jayceelop and Menion. So it's a bit questionable for this to be sold.
Intelligent, creative music that sells the game's atmosphere! Why not have this in your collection?
