Fantastic game, real fan of the jump on and play a round once or twice a week. easy to come back too and I enjoyed getting all the achievements on this one.

Not a lot to this one but you'll not be idling about as every moment counts. It's 1000 days until the end of the Earth and it's your job to evacuate the 7 billion planet inhabitants to their new exoplanet homes.

With rockets on stand-by, make for the stars and search for inhabited worlds. Of course, most of them aren't, but this is the age of terraforming. Planets can be converted by sending the right equipment and supplies.

All this is against the clock and with limited science points (currency) - get the populations to the planets and earn more points to get bigger rockets, and better equipment and hopefully leave an inhabitable Earth for new homes.

I give this one 7 ion engines out of 10.

its very fun but as soon as you get to under 100 days, it freezes up, and restarts the game, and its SO laggy, and when you put things in the rocket you cant see them. this game has lots of bugs, would not recommend.

The concept is great, and the gameplay is what i would expect, but there are a few things that make this game unplayable for me:

the UI is AWFUL.

- there are too many separate menus. i like to see whats happening all at once. to buy more materials i have to go into a menu, when a simple plus and minus button could be added with prices attached.
- i cant see whats happening with my ships when i check the missions log or load up new ships again due to there being too many separate menus, which makes resource management harder.
-the colonization and war part of the game is very uninteresting. on a surface level view of the planets nothing changes when you colonize it. the only thing that changes is the number of people you still have on earth. its very unrewarding.

i like the game in its current state, its playable, but its not fun due to the above. i don't feel rewarded when playing.

Just the weirdness and simplicity of this game makes it fun. I've come back to it more then a few times to see how many people I could save, each session does not take much time but it is different every time, I think that's why I keep coming back to it.

I did nominate it for "The Most Innovative Gameplay Award" because of the way it's all put together, easy for children and adults (most anyways)

Positives
- Good soundtrack
- Relaxing gameplay loop
- Fairly Cheap

Negatives
- Bugs
- Elements on screen turning invisible making you click on the area they are supposed to be rather than reading them and selecting them

Overall:
A good relaxing title, good fun and value for your money, if a little buggy.

It's a cozy, yet really uncomfortable game about trying to escape the doomed earth. I liked a lot how the game starts off rather relaxed and makes you feel like you can take your time but then as I got to the last 100 days and I'd barely moved 2 Billion people, I realized the mistake that caused the start of the game in the first place. Really simple, really cute. I do wish it had some more stuff to do or maybe a tutorial, but I think the tutorial would ruin the experience.

Vex Phoenix
Vex Phoenix

very short, replayable and interesting game that suits its price. Could definitely do with a tutorial (I wasted a good 100 days figuring everything out first run), but is satisfying enough of a loop when you crack it. some small flaws (randomness of upgrades, some text imperfections, abrupt and slightly dissatisfying end), but beautiful art style and a captivating concept.

I've got neither negative nor positive thoughts on this. it looks quite fun/tame when you see the trailers, however the game has a extremely big difficulty spike after you colonize the planets that are within basic fuel reach. the time limit makes the game quite stressful and irritating, however i must admit i like the artstyle. aswell as the concept of humans boning the planet, which i find ironic because that's exactly what we are doing. anyways, i can't really say i have negative thoughts or postive thoughts about the game, so i'll just put down a little score-

Preformance- Perfect.

Graphics- Perfect

Gameplay- Okay-ish.

Price- Cheap, Which is good.

Music- Can't really hear it most of time, honestly.

kninja50

A fun little space themed game, it's timed so you must stay on top of things the entire time while trying to save your population. This is the type of game where you must play several times to improve and find the most efficient way of doing things. For 100% you'll also be looking for optimal RNG on planet placement. I put in almost 2 hours and was able to save most of my population after a few tries. There is some strenuous hand-mouse movement required to get your population onto a ship (imagine a salt shaker), which is a con, but there was a patch to make this less stressful on the wrist.

I'd recommend this for people who don't mind spending a little bit for a cute little game, people into space themes, or people who like to find efficient solutions. I don't recommend it if you have a hard time moving your mouse quickly, especially up and down.

Sadly this is very basic and not very well thought out
I have only played for a few games but keep finding the same limitations and flaws every time in the game shows they didnt spend too much time thinking this through
For some reason every time you send a rocket (which is automated no pilot needed) full of people it crashes due to bad living conditions! even though it can find its way to the planet empty or not, it seems to crash for no reason, living conditions would have nothing to do with a rocket crashing. Maybe if it was over crowded which mine are not they may starve or be cramped
This is the way the whole game seems to run, it keeps failing for reasons that make no sense
Its an unfinished game and needs serious attention. If they would think of it more like the game Plague they may have a better more realistic and believable game

the concept is fun and its a fun game initially but it's too hard and gets frustrating after the 3rd or 4th failure. upgrades are random and it's basically luck rather than skill. too many hostile or uninhabitable planets. and too much dependent on the luck of how the planets spawn. upgrades should be user purchasable with the science points rather than locked. holding mouse button down should decrease values faster. music is too repetitive. closing the lid of the rocket is an annoying movement with a mouse. sounds are good.

unIQue
unIQue

a very worthy time waster.
it might be frustrating at the beginning when youre ignorant of the mechanics - i almost abandoned it after the few first failures. then i "cheated"and i can recommend this for beginners: i restarted until i got a good central earth position with lots of planets in the vicinity, the above helped to go further and further, learn how the game works.
now of course i dont do it anymore and play putting up extra challenges for myself (all upgrades discovered, all planets visited, all enemies conquered) so its not that hard.
highly addictive, ive sunk ~70 hours into it and only now im feeling a bit of fatigue.
great if you have a half an hour to spare at a time.

Just started playing today, fun in short bursts which is how it seems intended to play. Some good replay value due to random location of planets on map and events that occur during a game session.

Graphics are nice, game play not too rushed, no bugs noticed so far. Would recommend if you are looking for a quick dose of fun with a game that can be played in short sessions.

This game is very entertaining, I like that you have to go really fast to save them all. The time that you have might be a little hard but there's a strategy to win before the timer ends, I would say that this is worth the 5$ but it is repetitive. I would give it a 8/10

I can barely play the game. The visuals keep glitching which is really weird and it makes it almost impossible to play the game. I can't even adjust the video settings because they just don't appear. I can not recommend the game until that issue gets fixed. If anybody knows how to fix it then please comment below.

It's a fun little game that you play for a week, forget about, come back to and enjoy it again! its music is great, the idea behind it is awesome and executed brilliantly! Only thing bad about it is that there's no tutorial on Warriors/how to get fuel, but other than that this is awesome! It's worth the 5 dollars.

Took me half an hour to complete one game, and it was amazingly un-fun. I don't see how anyone could wring any enjoyment out of this thing.
Back to basics though.
The look is simplistic but fine. The music and sound effects are basic and best of all, not annoying. The controls seem to work perfectly.
The game mechanics are pretty basic, you have a map which seems to have a bunch of potentially habitable planets around our star. Silly but no biggy.
You send out a ship with a probe to study how habitable it is. There is a list of maybe eight categories, rated for suitability for human life. You also get a potential max population.
You then purchase whatever items are need to make it livable. A device that adjusts the gravity, for example, or the temperature.
Some might require more than one, for example gravity has to be within a range, and the first level gravity modulator can only adjust it by ten I think.
Others are all or nothing, an atmosphere generator or water for example.
Once the planet is ready, you can place a bunch of people in the ship and send it off.
NOTE: Each flight does cost you some fuel, and you do need to be sure you put enough in.
I get the impression that if you are in a hurry, and you are sure you have sent enough to make the planet viable, you can send people along with the items needed to fix the planet.
For some odd reason a lot of people seem to die on the way, no explanation given, and if there is a way to calculate your losses, I don't see it.
That seems to be the game, juggling ships and fuel and items and sending them out.
There are a few upgrades, seems like two of each, but what causes you to gain them is a mystery. I did get a level two rocket, but it just seemed to appear, there in no research engine of any kind.
And that seems to have been all of it.
Given how many really fun free games there used to be on the web about building a device to launch a chip, or a squirrel or a penguin great distances, I had expected more of the things those games had taught us. A thousand days to research and build the right ship. Lots of potential there. This... thing, simply forces you to rush, rush, rush, no strategy that I can see, no tactics. (Though it does hint at hostile planets later on, I get he impression you just send soldier people instead of colonist people, a flip of one switch)
An easy the thumbs down here. Mega-blah, not even on sale can I recommend this one. Sorry.

This really...
You've sort of seen the whole game in the first few minutes. Maybe there is something later on. Towards or t the end. But I can't generate the interest right now to ever see it. I can see in the vary short time I've played the rout to winning. I just don't care. The joke isn't funny and the game isn't engaging.
...
I hate to say pass on this, given they've set the price very reasonably. But...
I'd... I'd save your money.
I'm not sure if I'm going to ask for a refund. But... I might.

Did you ever take a burner class in school that was suppose to be an easy A? Turns out your teacher got back from a 3 month teachers circuit that has revived their passion to pound the ignorant skulls of youth with knowledge. You end up using your mounds of homework as fire starter as you curdle into a ball for warmth outside your schools library after hours?
This games achievement hunting completion is the equivalent.

In the first 30 minutes of playing i had knocked out most of the achievements at an expert Worldclass Speedrunner pace. However i was not prepared for what was to follow... For the next 9 hours i would be playing with the APM of a 16 y/o prodigy Starcraft 2 champion only to have my time cut short and ultimately letting humanity down over and over again, you see i was taking the "save every human" achievement very serious and every time the world world would die, i part of me would also. Eventually after hours i got the perfect seed where most of the worlds around me needed 500 population. Once was obtained however i felt like all my blood, sweat, tears, and hard work was compensated :)
One sad truth is while i did get everyone saved one ship was still in route to its destination when the game promptly ended upon saving every human, so i guess this is to you Apollo 52.. i knew you were a special group the moment i started shaking you viciously into the rocket and a few of you bounced off the lid back in. After seeing the stain you left on my perfect 100% successful launch record in the end credits i knew you made it, you lot always had a sense of humor :)

All and all very immersive and a fun experience highs and lows, Great game for completion achievement or just casual play if you're a billionaire aspiring dictator who can control what and who goes where in the universe (looking at you Jeff and Elon)!

This is a pretty fun game. It's to be played in short bursts, takes anywhere from 15 to 20 minutes to complete, and you will not beat it on your first run. VERY good value for its price, all of the mechanics are polished and tailored to this short burst experience. Give it a try.

1000 days to escape provides a casual experience for players. It works good and the core idea is simple, to save humanity.
I like the small and casual scale of it. It's quickly done and you'll nevertheless have some fun if you like the core idea.
One con point could be the restricted timelimit, though, for me it was a beneficial one.

Zalym
Zalym

A simple and quick humanity-saving game.

The beat-the-clock feature serves it purpose and keeps you moving as you try and get all 7B people off the planet and spread out into the cosmos.

There's nothing here that will blow you out of the water in terms of game play: Research a planet, fuel the ship, bring along the necessary equipment, and some people. Send the next rocket(s) with more people to fill up the planet. Get some upgrades, send out more of everything you did the first time.

Rinse/Repeat/Watch out for hostile aliens--or seek them out to earn some money.

It's a fun time-waster and well worth the $5! :)

(The synth/futuristic music is nice too. But I listen to music like it all the time. However, it has a smooth repetition while remaining enjoyable to help soothe the grind.)

While the game has some cool ideas, it gets repetitive fairly quickly. It also has some odd gameplay choices, like the rocket not automatically shutting when it's time to launch. Ok, bu will not be returning to it.

The Cummunist
The Cummunist

I want to like this game but really the "challenge" of the game is just fighting a bad interface.
instead of collect money automatically you have to go to a separate screen and click a single button; instead of being able to fuel the rocket automatically you have to click and hold the fuel container until the number is high enough; instead of selecting what cargo to carry you have to drag and drop it.

I get that without all this stuff the game might feel like there's no challenge or nothing to do, but adding a pointless challenge doesn't make it a good game either; taxes are hard and not fun, Dark Souls is hard and fun.
