Very budget horror game. The premise is simple: you get kidnapped trying to get gas for your car and now you have to escape. You have to solve a few puzzles to escape and your first run will probably take you about 30 minutes. Afterwards, once you've figured out what to do and want to find the other endings and easter eggs, you will be able to beat the game in about 4 minutes. Great game for the price and runs well on the steam deck.
This isn't a long game but given the style and interesting idea of having to make sure everything is back in place should your captor show up to check on you?
This is well worth a couple of bucks to support.
It’s passable, I like the concept of escaping from a killers basement step by step while avoiding detection but it quickly moved away from that premise and went in a less interesting and played out route of demons and sacrifice.
Update: Mar 2023, no I do not recommend, I cannot get the tape to show up. Cannot get all achievements because it's bugged. - Original review- Yes, I actually do recommend this game. Got a couple of jump scares, was slightly challenging in figuring out what to do (ok, maybe not just slightly, depending on your horror game experience). It was quite enjoyable.
I got only one ending & failed when I tried to achieve other endings.
There is one bug where a key item sometimes doesn't show up from what I could tell. Check out @evilspacebunny 's vid here https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5ABFfd6Wo04 It helped me progress through the game a bit more & enlightened me on this buggy item, excellent vid.
The game was about $3, definitely under $5, when I purchased & I think the replayability makes it worth it, even with the bug. It reminds me of Deadly Night & other low-poly games. Has Steam achievements & multiple endings making me wanna revisit for sure.
This game is a snorefest. Save your money since it can be completed in 10 minutes. There is no real attention to detail (could walk with the gas nozzle through solid walls),no real replayability except two other endings which can be completed as quickly as the Good Ending,& a plot that is pretty fûćķïņĝ predictable: Gas station attendant is actually the murderer,go figure, kidnaps you,you escape, turns out he's sacrificing people towards some demonic entity (a deer-headed monster of some kind),deer headed monster kills him,you get your car keys back,& you escape.
Endings: Good: You pick up the gun behind the shed & kill the monster. You survive.
Bad: You pick up the knife, you avoid the monster,& sneak to your car. You survive.
Secret: Incredibly predictable Backrooms reference through the back door. You don't survive.
Edit: Because the game was so absolutely easy,I got all endings in 40 minutes, but Steam REFUSES to give me a refund despite their policy being and I quote: "Valve will, upon request via help/steampowered/com (avoiding link flagging here), issue a refund for ANY reason, if the request is made within the required return period (2 weeks), and, in the case of games, if the title has been played for less than two hours." Steam Support are hypocrites.
Edit 2: I finally got my refund, after all. Took a bit longer than I expected, but I'm grateful none the less that you listened. Thanks,Steam Support. :)
What's there is pretty good, and if it were a free game I would definitely recommend it, but it's just so short. And just when the twist in the story seems to be getting really interesting you'll be done.
This is a very fun and scary game, I would definitely pay more for it, if it were a little longer. It took me about 30 minutes to complete it, and about another 30 minutes to get all the secrets and endings. Overall very fun and I recommend it.
Very short PS1 inspired game, got me a few times and I enjoyed my time with it, very tense trying to put everything back together before the guy goes down, could've definitely been a bit longer but it's alright
Short but good ps1 era graphic horror game. The bugs in the release build provide some good laughs like longest gas hose I've ever seen. Just grab that sucker after you escape the first time and gooooooooo..
ACTUALLY SCARED THE SHIT OUT OF ME! It is a short game, but it is worth playing. Gave me so many goosebumps and scares lol. I def recommend other people to play it. Creator was very good at building tension throughout the game. There are different endings and things change when game is being replayed, so there's more to look forward to. 10/10!
It's aight, pretty fun to mess around with and do speedrun routes in.
25hours isnt much, right?
Edit: 55 isnt much, right?
A very short but good horror game. Its retro inspired graphics are awesome, although I found it hard to see the other 3 endings available. I managed to see one. Totally recommend it, especially for the price.
Here is my video for the good ending:

Short game for a quick scare. Lots of potential with the problem solving sequence in the beginning. Sounds are good and intense, while the effects were simple yet effective. Got a good laugh with the secrets. Definitely worth a try! Hope to see more!

Tried to befriend the killer… didn’t work!
Couldn’t find the missing cat nor Mark Pliers
Would survive, chain myself up and take a nap on a dirty mattress again with the mannequin 10/10
Got me a few times with some jumpscares, wasn't sure if a few things were bugs (one was a "secret" but couldnt find them all) but had a lot of fun playing this short horror game, love to see more thrown in but as it is, enjoyable.
Got both endings but only 2/4 secrets.
A short but fun horror game.
It starts predictable but you pleasantly realize that thing are not exactly what they seem.
There are a couple of fun secrets to discover too.
Such a great game for the price! I loved the atmosphere and the twists that came with the story! The story has 3 endings so it has re-playability. Love the PS1 styled graphics. You can check out my experience of this awesome lil game here
