Simple auto-battle game, unlock characters through a gachapon mechanic, great art, relatively short in length, and a scene for every character. Pretty alright game, was on sale for 4 bucks. Its guud.

DRINK BAR MAID -REGRESSION- is a lewd automated gacha game about anthropomorphic drinks fighting their rotting counterparts.

Gameplay

Assemble a team and watch 'em fight (or maybe get raped if the adult-patch is installed!) You may choose up to three characters to bring into battle. Each girl has own special skill. By forming strong team compositions, it's possible to defeat foes many times stronger than your combined might! By defeating enemies, you are able to gain new teammates and "materials" to strengthen their abilities. Combat is totally automated -- just hold the "space" button until someone loses! If that someone happens to be you, don't worry. . . you can't actually lose the game. On the contrary, you'll be awarded pity pay!

Story

LODs, or "Left Over Drinks" are aggressive, "dangerous organisms" that are formed from unconsumed "Concentrated Fluid". Concentrated Fluid is produced by DBMs, or "Drink Bar Maids". Stored inside their supple breasts, Concentrated Fluid is used to manufacture "perfect nutritional beverages". LODs produce "Waste Fluid", a deadly concoction. Like DBMs, LODs want humans to drink their fluids -- nothing short of killing them will keep them from forcing themselves into humans! Headquarters has been at war with a sudden boom of LODs. Having exhausted their military, Headquarters was forced to request help from "The Company", primary source of DBMs. With the Maids' help, Headquarters is saved! However LODs are still rampant, and no one's sure where they are coming from -- but answer may lie beneath the DBMs' feet!

Visuals

The titlescreen is nicely formatted, but it's clearly based on a stock RPGMaker screen. From "Option", you may adjust audio, display and gameplay preferences. In-game, from "System" you may toggle "Lost Events", sex-scenes that are added by the adult-patch (provided it's installed). The game can only be controlled via the mouse -- I would have appreciated full keyboard compatibility. The user-interface often generates annoying pop-up menus, but they are a minor inconvenience.

- The Goods -
There is no adult-content without the patch. I don't think there are even any waifus in the game!

ALL LANGUAGES PATCH -- PATCH FOR ALL LANGUAGES [EXE]

This (EXE) patch adds "Lost Events" and DBM character portraits to the game. As DBMs take damage, their clothes are stripped away. Whenever you lose a match, all of their clothes are stripped away! Lost Events are sex-scenes that are unlocked when you lose specific matches with specific characters. During my playthrough, I only saw one Lost Event. I'm unsure how many Lost Events there are (because I couldn't be bothered to systematically unlock them). Sex-scenes consist of a single, static CG with multiple variations, and some dialogue. The artwork is high-quality (but marred by censorship). The women of DRINK BAR MAID -REGRESSION- have enormous breasts and bodies -- their proportions are almost comical. I don't think there are any consensual sex-scenes -- your teammates will always be raped by one or more humans or monsters.

Verdict

Wait for a sale. . . a big sale. DRINK BAR MAID -REGRESSION- was fun while it lasted, but it's too short and unrefined. It took me less than three hours to beat the game. Endgame content is an RNG-fest -- but if luck favors you, the game could probably be beaten in two hours or less. Though there are twenty unlockable characters, only a handful are worth using. It sucks grinding for upgrades. The fact combat is fully automated doesn't owe to much strategy; beyond choosing your teammates, battles boil down to proverbial coin flips. Unless you go out of your way to unlock so-called "Lost Events", it's likely you will not see any adult content whatsoever. DRINK BAR MAID -REGRESSION- is a cool idea, but the game could have been more. . . and given the price tag, it should have been more. I hope to see the developers (瀧音MELO) continue to improve this title. Until then, I would keep this game on your wishlist -- it needs some time in the oven.

Let's get right into it!
DRINK BAR MAID -REGRESSION- is a Faux-Gacha Eroge RPG, where you collect Drink Bar Maids (woooo Beverage waifus) to aid you in battle against Left-Over Drinks or "LODs".

Gameplay

DRINK BAR MAID -REGRESSION- is a Faux-Gacha Eroge RPG by TakionMELO, where you are able to roll the "Gacha" for upgrade materials and Units with in-game currency earned via in-game progression.

Gacha
The faux-Gacha element in DRINK BAR MAID -REGRESSION- uses PC an in-game currency earned from beating the game's main antagonists the LODs.
As with all Gachas, it has the option of single rolls and 10-rolls, comprising of upgrade materials and potentially new Drink Bar Maids. 10-rolls guarantee at least 1 Drink Bar Maid.

Combat
The combat in DRINK BAR MAID -REGRESSION- is as they say, an "auto-battle RPG" and they mean it quite literally.
Combat comprises of auto attacking on both sides coupled with pre-determined patterns for skill usage & attacks, and some RNG elements which consist of enemy attack hit-rate, and the skill usage/effect procs of your Drink Bar Maids

Pros:

+ Amazing artstyle, amazing renditions of beverage waifus. (Who knew Ramune could get better ey?) (*゚ー゚)ゞ
+ Plenty of CGs and H-Scenes. Though they're all fairly short and usually only consists of 1-2 variants.
[b]>*[u](20 Base CGs +2 after completing the game& 1-2 extra Variant CGs each.)
    >* H-Scenes are mostly non-consensual. So if that's not your thing, you may want to skip this title.
+ A multitude of girls to choose from. Honestly the best part of it being a faux-gacha game. ( º﹃º )
[b]>*[u](20 Beverage-Girls total +2 additional girls for completing the game)
+ Surprisingly good BGM. Amazing artwork aside, the BGM is probably the next best thing about this game. ♫♪ ԅ( ˘ω˘ԅ)♫♪

Neutral:

+- Unusual setting of this game is also a plus, this setting isn't too complicated so you can understand what's going on fairly quickly. The idea of these girls being basically human soda fountains is interesting and kind of funny, but I feel it takes it way too far.
    >*Examples include usage of the terms: tanks instead of breasts, pipe instead of dick, waste water instead of cum, etc. (This doesn't really affect me thus I'm placing it in neutral, though it may be a con for some. E.g Being a possible turn-off)

Cons:

[list]
- Gameplay's honestly this title's weakest link. Each character has a unique attack pattern and each encounter is predetermined. So more often when not you will just throw character after character at enemy until you find right one. There is no tips in dialogues or in battle, so in the end it isn't about skill, it is about guessing which character you will need to pick. (。•́︿•̀。)
- [b]Censorship. Even with the R18 Patch provided by Wasabi on their site the game is still mosaic censored.

TL;DR

Decent art, inspired story, poor combat.
The grind and RNG will easily keep you entertained for 3+hours (Possibly more if you intend to 100% the game).
Honestly if the art's right up your ally, and Beverage waifus are your thing, go for it! If not I'd say wait for a sale before snatching up this title.

For what it is I'll give it an

You're here for the art. The art delivers. 22 girls, 3 sprites each, 1 scene each with low variation. Scenes are on the short side, which is the biggest downside. Translation is more than workable, but could use some fixing here and there.

Gameplay is just figuring out team compositions that work for different settings, like a girl reducing defense on high defense enemies and another protecting against a specific negative effect etc. And a little bit of grinding to get materials to unlock all the girls' skills.

Total playtime is about 2 hours max.

Game is actually a sequel to Drink Bar Maid - Roar of Freedom, but it is unavailable through Steam currently. You can find it on dlsite.

Cool little game, self contained with great art if you enjoy voluptuous girls. However, be aware that the game is very grindy and is lacking some nice-to-have features:

1. There is no multi-battle option. Once you have found a line-up which can consistently beat a given challenge there should be the option to "farm" that challenge by selecting 10 battles on autoplay, for example. Currently you have to select that battle 10 times and play through each time.
2. The formation changer should be a bit more flexible. When changing formation you have to reselect your entire group every time. Sometimes you just want to swap out one of the girls to test a different line-up.
3. Functionality to see each girl naked in their screen (different from the lost event).
4. A shame you don't really need all the girls in order to complete the game. If the creature powers were more varied you might need a larger number of formations in order to beat everything. A suggestion would be if you use a formation based on the Side Story to beat that encounter in Normal you would open a Hazard or special event which advances that Side Story. Alternatively build a "perfect solution" team which doesn't take damage opens up special challenge.

Overall it is an enjoyable game and it is open to new content with new girls, new missions and new levels of difficulty to existing missions. The lewd patch is a must-have in my opinion. Don't get this at full price though as the game is relatively short and somewhat bare bones.

I'd only recommend it on sale but at the right price it's definitely worthwhile.

Well the gameplay mechanics are neither complex nor all that captivating (although they aren't terrible either, there was some potential with them) and the cgs are fairly short, but very sweet.

The girls' designs alone are worth buying this game and the cg art does them justice. Forget for a moment their literal milk tanks, I couldn't take my eyes off the amazonian thighs and abs. I only wish there was more to this (more girls, more missions and scenes, etc). This artist has really, really piqued my interest, I hope to see more from him whether it's DBM or other projects in the future.

It's actually not difficult to unlock any of the scenes. You just need to acquire girls from the gacha, check the short side story scenes from the mission selection to figure out which girls match with which mission, then go fail that mission with as many of that type of girl (soda/acid, fruit, healthy, cold, hot, or tea) in your active team. If your girls aren't leveled up yet you'll have no problem failing missions so unlock all your scenes with all the girls you've got then go grind for level up materials and more girls. You can potentially soft-lock yourself out of unlocking all the scenes if you max fortify (level 3) your girls too fast, but it's not really a concern since you should be able to find a harder mission and put together a poor combo of girls to lose it. Still, take your time fortifying while unlocking scenes just to be safe.

Do be warned though all scenes are NTR, though not particularly violent. Not really my cup of tea but I couldn't take my eyes off of those incredibly toned bodies to care much.

What can I say, I am a sucker for chicks with tits but it was really the art that drew me in. The gameplay is kind of lacking, but most people are here not for the gameplay but rather the lewd content.

When it comes to gameplay, it simply consist of you rolling gachas and then grinding missions to get more money to roll gachas to unlock characters and items to level them up. Max level for every character is 3. Of course, each level does have its' specification so you have to format your team of 3 in order to beat the levels. This is not really an issue until you start getting into the harder version of each mission.

For lewd content, it does deliver but is limited. I just wish the characters were given more than just one image set for them.

Overall, I was satisfied with the amount of money I paid towards this and would recommend this. I hope there is an update with more images available to unlock in the near future cause there really is no replay value.

Gameplay is picking a combination of 3 fighters which abilities do well together and counter the enemy.
Progression of each fighter outside of battle from lv.1, lv.2, and finally lv.3 is also important.
Complete the story to unlock extra difficulty modes and reset levels option.

Drink Bar Maid -REGRESSiON- ReView

SUMMARY
A turnbased indie-RPEroGe where the player takes the role of huge muscular booba maids.
I Really like the artwork + concept of the Bar Maids' its very cheeky; it really sold me on the game. Even made wanna look up more of the artists' work. The huge muscular booba maids are great to look at especially w/in the wild+ flippant story.

STORY
Bar Maids fight against a prejudice war faction + extremist groups + monsters, while also uncovering their own potential origins.

GAMPLAY
A very simple 2 phase loop: Main menu/character prep. Turn-based combat against single battle missions. There are also gatcha using in-game currency to purchase more character units who posses different abilities for dispatching enemies.

There are short H-scenes to unlock for each Bar Maid which are always fun to unlock.

MUSiC
The music is mainly upbeat + catchy which is appropriate for the style of this game.

TLDR
Great art, lewd, short turnbased indie eroge. Easy low maintenance game to boot up and play.

-This game is similar to solving puzzles and math equations. 1+1 will always = 2 and you cannot change anything about that. There are no curves, no crits or evasion. You hit and get hit, the most basic type of rpg game there is. To break out of this, you need Heroines for their skill. Heroines only have 1 skill. You need create the dream team while figuring out how to beat the battles available in order to progress the game.

-You start with a choice of 1 Heroine out of 4 optional picks that the game provides no info for making your first team comp.
-In order to get more team members you must pay currency in a Gacha RNG system and hope it poops out any heroines.
-Once the heroines poop out, you dont even know what they are capable of since the game doesn't allow you to view their abilities.
-Before you even start thinking about spending, you can only earn currency by defeating these weird/hard/complicated battles. MUST WIN. Got that? You also cannot farm the same battles to grind currency. No wins mean you are stuck! You do however get chump change after losing 3 consecutive battles. So you are stuck grinding, yes grind if you enjoy that.

-Back to the subject at hand about abilities. Heroines unlock their abilities after leveling up.
-In order to level up, you do not gain XP by defeating enemies in battle, you must u give them items appropriate for that Heroines respective class. (Ex: Knight Trophy x1, use it on your knight to level them up by 1)
-To get these items, they do not drop anywhere but the Gacha RNG system. That's right, more winning to do with random girls dropping that you have no info about their abilities whatsoever!
-Almost forgot to mention there are at least 10+ Heroines available in the gacha and 90% of them are literally useless, I'll save you the trouble here so always save before you spend your currency! Level up, check abilities, and load!

If you plan on getting this game still, make sure to lookup guides or something, just save yourself time.
I dont mind solving these fights, i find that intriguing. What i didn't like was in order to solve these fights, you must undergo RNG and get stuck for hours to pass by. Not very player lenient. This game wasn't even great on combat regardless so to me it would appear the sell point should've been the CG. But the CG takes a lot of losing and grinding to earn, not very CG player friendly. Other than that the game is alright if you already know what the heck you are doing.

Crushermach3
Crushermach3

If you want an abbreviated version of the gacha experience this game is for you. Even with some tedious grinding and a couple times where the game bugged out and I lost several minutes of progress it only took me 5 hours to 100%.

Story's there if you want it, but I wasn't that into it. It's a translation so it might take a modicum of work to understand. Definitely not the worst I've seen, but also not entirely native English.

As for the OTHER reason you might buy this game; there's CGs of 22 strong and very voluptuous ladies in various states of "battle damage" and an accompanying nonconsensual human, monster or animal scene for each.

Too simplistic, interesting premise with "drinks", but gameplay is bland and not enjoyable, CG is okay but not polished. At first I was like "this is the Metal Waltz Hentai I always begged for but did not get", but... nah. Doesn't even come close.

If you're in for just H, you'll get lots more of that in many other games. Probably worth a 50%+ sale though.

As for introducing the game, if you expected a revolutionnary masterpiece, you WILL be disappointed. If you wanted a small, symptathetic time-waster, then this game is more like it.

It's an idle/strategy/team-building ero-rpg. There's not much more to the game. It features a mimic of a gacha, but since the game is made under RPG Maker MV, you'll get all the available ladies soon enough. The graphics are good, albeit polishable : the scenes are still good enough to watch. The music is very nice and fitting, but may not stick in your head if the genre isn't your preferred one.

In less than 3.5 hours and a bit of team building, the story can be cleared, most challenges could be done and most of (if not all) the girls can be maxed out, meaning that the game can be completed very quickly.

Once again, not the game of the year (oh no !), but a fun little game that you can throw some spare time into. If you truly want to get it, wait for either a bundle or a 30%/50%-ish sale deal.
