The game was never actually finished. Might be worth 5 bucks.
I got nothing to say the game is just outdated and bad i like the concept but it seems to be a trend that emergency games like this are just clunky
they left the game without finishing it
The game is dead! The last time I seen the dev team post about this game was 2 YEARS ago! The game is broken and has bugs and glitches. Everytime you try to put someone in handcuffs they just run away (applies to the people walking on the street only). The graphics are terrible and the game is straight up boring just waiting for calls. DO NOT BUY THE GAME FOR 20$! This game is not worth your time and your 20$. Even on sale! If this was on your queue and you found this review, find another game to buy.
Total Rating: 0/10
Been abandoned by the dev. Cool concept, but not worth the price for what little there is in this 'game.' It's a demo of a concept, nothing more, and you can get much better on steam for the same price.
Very fun police simulation. No complaints.
Only a demo game. The game has been abandonated by the developer and it's still 20 EURO.
I enjoy it but it is nowhere near a complete game
This game had so much potential back when I bought it many many years ago but after the studio creating the game gave up on the game and went bankrupt, there has been no updates on the game and it is has not been finished and it never will be. Not worth $20 for the small bit of fun you have before playing all the game has to offer in 10 minutes.
i had fun with it lol
out of all the police games this one is pretty goofy
This game is not realistic and does not follow proper law.
Was just on a house robbery call, the man inside had a gun, he shot me once, once i started shooting at him he put his hands up, I didn't stop shooting because I didn't realize. The game said "Be sure why you are shooting" but if there is a man in the room with a gun who has shot im not going to stop when he puts his hands up
shit game
Abandoned game that is filled with bugs, clunky gameplay, and repetition. It's an interesting concept of a game, just needs a better developer to back it. Don't waste your money or time.
Game is not worth buying. I suggest Police simulator or Flashing Lights. As those games are better made and are multiplayer as well.
This game is trash. It is worse than many Early Access games. People have long been looking for a realistic police sim, but this is not going to be the one. It is very glitchy, the graphics are bad, and the physics are awful. The lack of any challenging gameplay mechanics mean the game gets very repetitive very fast. This studio's next attempt, Flashing Lights looks promising, but Enforcer seems like it was a cash grab for them.
fun game controls are easy and i like that you can change the look of your patrol car and at least your patrol vehicle has better take of speed and handling than this game store.steampowered.com/app/461870/
Enforcer much better play and control, it does not have to many bugs. Plus it also does not have a fatal error that Police simulator Patrol Duty has and it won`t load any more .I agree with Shabadoo
The game is fun atleast that's what i think but it all comes down to if like it or not you have the chance to get your money back if you don't like the game i believe it's worth to buy it and try it out
The game is horrible their are better police sims like Five m and Arma 3 alts life.
GRRRRRRRR! I want someone to make this game well, because it's exactly the cop game I want to play. It's borderline playable, but it feels like it's about 80% complete, but as it's been abandoned it's never going to get there. A real shame, the concept is awesome.
love the game and the cars hope to see more come from this game
Played this game for like 9 hours and I thought it was really fun. Really, REALLY fun. I dropped it for a few weeks, came back and...still quite fun but after a few hours it was all the same. Left it again. Came back a few months later, reinstalled and everything and well, it turns out that in my absence, the devs had an absence as well. Overall, the game is fun for 10 hours but don't expect any updates, or anything and I certainly wouldn't pay over $5 for it.
...............................
Abandoned. I was stoked playing it and I was but for the amount of money and the fact I can never get a refund on this game infuriates me. So don't waste your money. Go to a different game that is actually being updated. This game had potential. But it's not worth it.
it was lit but then they abandoned the game, it's not lit fam
If anyone even still bothers to come look at this game and even considers purchasing, let me the total stranger whose opinion you listen to when I say DO NOT purchase this game. It has been abandoned. I bought this game years ago and have since replaced it with Flashing Lights (If you haven't checked out that game yet highly recommended). This game is only fun for about four (4) hours at most and is very dated. Also its abandoned if that doesn't scream don't buy then I don't know what does. The game is buggy and very repetitive, it gets really boring. My 2014 self adored the game but better options have since come available.
It could've been a great game if the developers didn't leave it
This game may have had potential but the devs went belly up and lied about future updates. Would not waste the $4.99 or whatever the current price is. You will have more fun drinking a cup of coffee.
I love how realistic it is and its kind of the same looking thing as GTA but for more appropriate (Please exuse my writting for I am getting used to laptops and im only 11, Thx)
I wish the graphics and the way that everything worked was better but overall the game is good
Bad.
Game gets super boring after only 1-2 hrs. There are only 4-5 generic missions + 1-2 active missions. Programming is horrible. Driving is horrible. Sound is almost non existant. Upgrading your house is useless. Cars are too expensive and useless. And on top of all that, bugs. And the game is abandoned by the dev, so yeah.
Just watch 30 minutes of this game on youtube and save yourself the money.
I'll put it this way. Take the driving and the police work seriously, and it's alright. I do avoid the personal, off-duty activities, opting to just eat and sleep, then restarting the game. I usually start shifts in a PM-watch manner, going on duty downtown around 4pm. Calm, realistic driving adds a lot to this game. Using an Xbox controller, the steering and speed control are both on the left stick, which is difficult. Key board control rules this game. After car customization is put in play, it really is a fun game with the opportunity to respond to a variety of events and locations. I actually play it quite frequently even with GTA5, Need for Speed, etc. at my disposal. Love those Crown Vics!
No more updates, abandon game.
This game is so glitchy and dumb. It gives you missions that you can't even complete because it doesn't generate the circumstances to perform the mission like speeding cars, illegally parked cars etc.
I believe this game can improve more but it is very addictive. The first day I got this game I played for 10 hours STRAIGHT. I have revisited this game after years and I am proud to say I was in this game from the start and I love it. This will never change...
and delivers what is promised and nothing more. this is both good and bad. its great becuase you get what you payed for which is a good police simulater game with enough action to keep you entertained for the time you play it. bad becuase you often will tire from the repetive game play of pull over ticket arrest lights on, small chase, foot chase arrest, repeat. the game is far to predictible due to how simple it is, and gives a shell of a compelling game. so why am i recomending it?? like i said, this game delivers what it promises, and gives you what you want, even if the game play its self is clunky, and out dated, it gives you what you payed for, unlike another dishonorable police game witch has been rated horrible both on steam and the xbox store. (you know which one i'm talking about if you've played it)
good game i will tell my friends all about this game.
Its kind of boring after a while but its good.
Great! It's aged pretty well. I recently found this game, years after I watched WhyBeAre play it on his YouTube channel!
Man, ruining people's day by putting tickets fro 30 minutes then ending my shift is fun
You can shoot people, you'll just be fired for it.
7/10 [-0.5 for semi-genocide]
Total rubbish game. I bought that when it was ~15 USD. Dont buy this game. You will regret it. I cant be asked to play even if it is free
Good game as I feel it consists a good amount of graphics.
But seems little old at this point.
Game is absolute garbage. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY
Maybe if it's on Sale, there are some minor worth elements.
I really like this game. This is one of the only games that I have found that is actually like being a cop. It could be a little bit more realistic but other than that it is a great game
why did i buy this i honestly dont remember
The game has some issues and I think need a bit more work, but this is still a very fun game. If you want to play LSPDFR, but you don't have a good computer for it, I would recommend this game. It's very similar in concept but it doesn't require a beefy computer.
Pros:
Fun, entertaining, time flies while playing, and you can usually look past the cons.
Cons:
Graphics aren't great, needs some extra stuff, needs the ability to call backup, and some bugs.
the game is trash, they quit developing it, the calls are always the same and on top of that, the game phyisics are horrible and on top of that the sensitivity is horrible even when you lower it.
I would recommend it only for a game when your bored. Ever since it got abandoned it sucks.
First off, I love the concept and what the devs are trying to accomplish; however, in my opinion it isn't there. The graphics are subpar, animation quality is ok at best (but then again not really), and overall mechanics are clunky.
This game has so much potential and I hope it is able to be reworked and have an overall better quality.
As of the time I'm writing this, I would not recommend you get this game. But I do think you should follow it in case any major changes happen.
(This is all my opinion. I don't really care if you think I'm wrong. If you like/wanna play/wanna buy the game, be my guest. But in my opinion, I wouldn't buy it unless its like $5... maybe less.)

fun? about as fun as a cavity search before going into the pen.
hours of play? who cares. 10 minutes and you will wish to be arrested.
bugs or lag? Lots of clipping issues.
mods? why bother.
The thugs and criminal wannabes have GTAV. Those who want to be law enforcement officers get this. What a travesty. Does this say something about our society, that a game about being a law officer would be so criminally bad?
Where to start? Game is ugly and empty. Almost zero customization. Pick your sex and name. No stats. No choice of appearance. No choice of clothing. The character models are weird. Animations are off. The game world has only 7 locations, where you will find few buildings to enter. Even the police station is nothing more than a static view with text options. The only interactive part of the world are the pedestrians, and they have little to say.
As for being a police officer, how is this suppose to work? I figured I would patrol the streets looking for traffic violations, or maybe break up crimes going down on the street. Or maybe I would get calls while on duty and field them. Instead I went to the station and waited around for a warrant. Evidently I did this wrong and had to wait around another 10 minutes for another warrant. And still got no warrant. What the fuck? Since I couldn't get anything done at the police station, I thought I would go visit my mother. The game goes to a static screen with a brief description before dumping you outside of a house which can not be entered.
It did get one thing right: the interface. Easy to read, low clutter, informative. Nicely done. Has a sleep/food requirement, which I also like. Obviously this isn't enough to warrant spending money.
conclusion
What a great concept. How poorly executed. Criminally bad game. Don't allow the developers to rob you of hard-earned money.
This Game is different, it does work with a controller, but the missions are fun, and seem to be endless so far. I like how this is the only police game with no actual time limit to drive around and be a cop. Things you can do in the game is respond to emergency calls, pull cars over, check drivers license, breathalyze drivers. shootouts, buy cars, eat food , pay for fuel, check emails, eat food and more. This is a police simulator game hands down, yes the graphics are lacking and there are bugs but despite all of these things it is a very enjoyable game. I highly recommend this game for any sim police fans!
Great game for rookie Police Simulator players, or people with bad computers.
When it comes to good Police Sim players and people with good PCs, this game is not the best, if I'm being honest Flashing Lights probably has a better Policing experience, I do love the off duty aspects though.
If you have a good computer and really want a great game, try Flashing Lights or Police Simulator: Patrol Officers when it comes out on 6/17/21.
Enforcer has lots of glitches, and peds don't pull over in the best spots or best ways, and call ratios are way more danger than typical in smaller towns, if they added some MVA calls and a few noise complaints then I'd give this a better review, but it really isn't the best but if you have a crappy PC or laptop, try it out.
Old game and the content gets repetitive
Very realistic stuff about being a good cop. i can recommend this game however i do have a few minor complaints that can get a little annoying to understand. like why is lieutenant a low rank in the game? once you get used to the game play it gets easier to ignore these small complaints. However all the complaints i have are minor. So if you want a game to know what it is like being a cop this is mostly for you. Other than that you're better off spending your money on a miata or a large burger.
I swear i was reaching for me taser
cinematic mawsterpiece of roman & roman
It is fun, the only thing I have a problem with is the controlling of the car. But overall, I recommend this game. As a former Deputy Sheriff, I love it.
Moderate graphics for the time. Its sad the developers stopped updating this game. It performed well and the time I had playing it was fun.
Developers went bankrupt years ago. I'm not sure where the money goes now but Steam won't take it down. Not commenting on the gameplay because it's literally as bad as everyone else says. This game is a testament to developer skepticism on Steam.
August 2017
"Hello Everyone,
As many of you may know, Enforcer has not received any updates for quite some time. Odin Game Studios, the development team that worked on Enforcer has since been closed permanently and the team has split up and began working on other titles. Unfortunately, this means that there will be no more updates to Enforcer as the developer has shut down."
Uh, how do I start the game? When I go to the car, it says I can't use it because I'm not on duty, but there's no indication of when I AM on duty or how to get on duty. I waited hours (in game time) trying to figure out when I was allowed to use the police car and go to work. I didn't get any missions, I didn't know how to start playing. The mouse sensitivity was terrible and you can't change it. I gave up in disgust.
Unfinished, shallow, and terrible
I like it, though the game itself is buggy and unrealistic. But still, there aren't many police simulators available and this one is "playable". If you like to be a cop from time to time - you should have it.

I would like to take this time to apologise about the length of this and if you read through it in its entirety: thank you these are all based on things I have noticed in the game and my personal opinion on it as a whole.
TL,DR: Game just bloody awful and is overpriced for what it has
I am sorry but this is just an unfun game. I tried to squeeze just a little bit of fun out of it but I just couldn't, the game was left unfinished when it was released and they kinda just ditched the game after that. Graphics are not the greatest I personally have seen much better graphics from the 2002 remake of Resident Evil 1. Story line: Non-existent honestly if we actually had a story to go on as to why we chose to become a police officer then maybe it would be better but the closest reason why is stated as "drug-dealers in a small town with a handful of police officers" and that's another thing what would've been nice is to have seen other NPC police officers as it feels like you're the only cop in the entire town. The combat system is clunky and just god awful, I'd much rather play Call of Duty from 2000 because at least then I would be able to aim and shoot. Rank system: honestly to me it doesn't make any sense whatsoever there aren't any real upgrades for ranking up I know when you get level 3 you can customise your car but that's all I know of. Lastly driving and NPC driving: Oh My God they could not have messed this up more, NPC's driving is more like pulling teeth with a pair of rusty pliers and it's the same with player driving just bad, really really bad there's no fun and to be asking for $24 for this is overstepping a lot of boundries.
