To put a single actual legitimate (unironic) review of this game on Steam because there is none:

This game is unironically (seriously) not bad and actually (truly) easily worth the $2.99 (I am being dead serious). The five nights go by pretty fast, and the endless mode is a challenge, and a fine one at that (I am not joking). (Honestly) fantastic game.

This is hands down, the best game ever. I use to be terminally ill, I had every disease and every form of cancer. But when I downloaded this game, it seemed as if all of my sicknesses were cured. I was let out of the hospital a few days later. After that, I'd heard news from my mom. I cried tears of joy, my great grandparents were revived, so was my pet ant, Bill. But that isn't the end of it. Five Nights At Floppa expanded my lifespan by 1000 years. Infact, Five Nights At Floppa has changed my life. I am now the president of every country in the world because of Five Nights At Floppa. And judging by my statistics, Five Nights at Floppa will end world hunger and it will also cure all illnesses by 2023. This game was a gift from GOD.

short but cute game.
i like the neat bonuses it has like antimode and endless but the nights felt too short and the game wasn't the hardest. Popcat could also use some tweaking as he kills you way too fast sometimes. Despite those things its a cute game that was pretty fun for the most part.

Beat it in 40 minutes. It's a simple gameplay loop really, you keep the light off and flip up camera, start on cam 8 and end on cam 8, if big floppa is on 8, watch until he goes away, check to see if pop cat is on any camera and ward him off if so, then flick down, if bingus is on monitor then leave it down until he leaves. If you hear a knock on the door, turn on the light until your door reappears, then turn off. Rinse and repeat.

Very simple game, but I can respect a game that's based on floppa and is on Steam. I'm going to rate positively since I'm a floppa fan, but I don't think this game is worth $3, I think $1 is a more acceptable price.

this game is the best game i have ever played. The best thing about this game is the fact that floppa is in it. A downside is that bingus is also in it but because floppa is in it it is still the best. Would recommend to anyone with enough storage for this game. if no storage uninstall windows and put this on it, worth it :)

I've seen comments calling this masterpiece a "FNAF Fangame". Let me tell you, this game is so much more than that. "Five Nights and Floppa" is a work of art unique to our age in history. The story is deep and intriguing, and the characters cannot be beat. I wouldn't even dare to call this a FNAF Fangame with how incredible this work of art is. No, this game is what "Five Nights at Freddy's" was based on. Scott Cawthon heard about "Five Nights at Floppa" and thought to himself, "What a wonderful idea! I shall take it for myself". "Five Nights at Floppa" is the real FNAF, and its trophy was stolen from it by some game about a bear named Freddy. This game is the best crafted piece of art on this planet. "Five Nights at Floppa" is absolute video game mastery.

While this game is funny and great meme material, it is heavily luck and RNG based, even more so than fnaf's 4/20 mode.

-The Problems-

Floppa: There are a few major issues with Big Floppa, firstly the footstep audio cue works about 30% of the time Floppa moves around, and can be heavily desynced for when he actually does move, albeit if it even plays when he DOES, secondly the most large issue is the instant lose mechanic for camera 8. It's a bit ridiculous that you are FORCED to watch a camera for as long as Floppa decides to stay on when TWO out of three of the cats require you to constantly change cameras and not use the laptop, making it nearly impossible to deal with Pop Cat, especially since Pop Cat has a FIVE SECOND WINDOW before jump scaring you. The third issue with Floppa is the map pathing, Floppa can instantly go from Camera 8 to Camera 1 or vice versa, tricking you into either turning on your light and leaving you vulnerable to Bingus and or heading back to Camera 8 and instantly ending your game, the map needs better pathing layouts that make it so Floppa can't just instantly jump into a room that can end your run instantly.

Bingus: There is no audio cue for when Bingus appears on the TV, which makes it extremely difficult to tell when you need to look at the TV so he doesn't get you. If an audio cue were to be added, it could be something as simple as TV static, music, or Bingus meowing. Otherwise Bingus is in good shape, but does require a slightly longer grace time on Hardcore.

Pop Cat: Pop Cat is a NIGHTMARE to deal with, his window is extremely short and he has no audio cue, no visual indicator or cue, and does not care if you are looking at Bingus or Floppa on Camera 8, because he will still kill you. Pop Cat requires to consistently check every single camera, which would not be so bad if it were not for the major issue that Floppa has a camera that FORCES you to stay on it for OVER five seconds, far beyond Pop Cats time window before he kills you. An audio cue of Pop Cat's iconic popping noise would help immensely, and could even get faster as time runs out to get to the correct camera. I also did notice an issue where Pop Cat will still get you even if you get to his camera on time, so a longer grace period would help a lot as well for dealing with Pop Cat. If these issues were to be fixed or the mechanics were worked around a bit, then Pop Cat would be less extremely RNG and luck based.

The Map: Like I stated earlier, the game map has rather odd paths between rooms and can make for some rather confusing movement on Floppa's part, so revising the map or paths would help a lot in the future.

Instructions and Narration: While the English is fairly understandable and mostly grammatically correct, the one main issue is the phone guy, who is most likely the developer himself. It is pretty difficult to understand his English due to his thick Russian accent, I'm not saying it's bad (I have heard worse phone guys), it's just I'm surprised he didn't just ask or hire some native English speaker to voice Phone Guy for English versions, and just kept himself as the Russian version of phone guy. I had to heavily rely on the instructions on the main menu hud to know how to deal with the three cats, since I could not understand anything the phone guy was saying.

This game saved my life.

I am 27.

My ex-wife and I have a daughter together, and adopted our son together. They are now both 4 years old.

When we were going through our separation, I found myself lost and miserable. I was self destructive. I got so mad one day from everything spiraling out of my control that I punched some concrete in a moment of overwhelming emotion. That caused me to break my 5th metacarpal in my right hand... my working hand... my games hand.. the hand that I held and carried my children to bed with.. The hand I desperately needed to make sure I could continue to provide.

After learning of the severity of my self-inflicted damage, I was borderline suicidal. Keep in mind that just a few months before this, I was the happiest man with no history of depression or anxiety. I have never had fits of rage, or been one to break down and cry, but I was in a low spot that just really buried me from being able to see the light on the other side.

Having nothing better to do, I searched for a game I could play, ONE HANDED while I recovered. I somehow stumbled upon this game and read some of the reviews. I decided that it had to be worth a shot... I must admit, I didn't beat the game, or play nearly as long as some of you. In fact, I may have only played this game a day or two.. With that being said, after doing so, I had a new found joy and hope for life. I was able to put behind me the pain and suffering that had been cast over me. I was able to experience other peoples joy and happiness. I was able to see the fruits of my "labor". I relaxed for 5 ♥♥♥♥ing minutes to this music long enough to realize that I was going to be okay.

After coming to that realization, I turned the game off, and I went back to work. It hurt my hand like hell but I was motivated. I stopped feeling so damn sorry for myself, and I became the father I needed to be in that moment, not the weak boy I was behaving as.

Today, I am close friend with my kids mother. We don't fight, or argue, or say hurtful things to each other. We are parents, and friends.

I now have 3 kids. My third child is, wait for it, ALSO 4 YEARS OLD. The woman I am with was going through a very similar situation at the time of my own separation, and we just stumbled in to each others life unexpectedly. We have been in a relationship for a year now, and are very happy together.

Moral of the story, you never know what life holds in store for you, and if I would have given up when all the odds were stacked against me, I wouldn't be where I am today. This silly little game helped me realize that.

Thank you

my god, what is there to say about this game. the graphics are incredible, the game play is stellar and enganging and i have never had a more enjoyable experience in my entire life. It really lives up to the expectation as a potential replacement for the five nights a freddy's franchise. I am looking forward to what the brilliant minds behind what should be the cricitcally acclaimed five nights at floppas. If it were up to me, the freddy fazbear franchise would be run into the ground to make way for this game. i have no regrets playing this game.

When I saw this game as a nominee for best game of the century, I had really high hopes. My expectations were not only blown out of the water, but out of this atmosphere. The environment created perfectly sets the tone for this absolutely terrifying masterpiece. The characters introduced are dynamic, interesting, and most importantly scary as all hell! I would not only recommend this to fans of the horror genre, but anyone who is or isn't into video games. I feel that after playing this I have grown exponentially as a human being. I look forwards to the upcoming victory of game of the century and will be waiting in anticipation for a sequel. I hope everyone reading has a wonderful life. My family died 3 weeks ago in a head on collision with semi truck, I am currently struggling to find purpose in my life and don't know if I can keep moving forwards. (P.S some asshole named Scott Cawthon stole this game and is marketing it as "Five Nights at Freddy's." If I were the dev of this masterpiece, I would take legal action)!

Five nights at Floppa's is one of the greatest games of this year, no, this generation!
The intricate design of the different character ai work perfectly in unity to make a challenging experience, even more challenging then games such as Elden Ring. The graphics and layout of the game is astounding and very well thought out with various mechanics to keep in mind while playing.

Five Nights At Floppa is a horror game in which you, the player, are hunted by 3 cats, all memes. Should you buy it? Yes! I believe it is a thrilling conclusion to the Five Night At Freddy's franchise. It was a big step-up to Security Breach, with solid game-play & artistic visuals. Floppa, Bingus, & Pop all had such stunning character development, I felt as though I have ascended to a higher plane of intelligence when I spent time with these characters. I honestly loved every night, it always had me on the edge of my seat. By far the most scariest Five Nights I have ever had the joy of experiencing. 10/10

Honestly... fricking life changing! Five Nights at Floppas is not just a game, it is a piece of art. Van Gogh has nothing on this game. For this is a moving breathing piece of art. To the Five Nights at Floppas devs, you have truly changed me as a person. I recently had a gay love affair with a man named Dillon. My wife never forgave me. But with this game, me and Dillon can now play a game together, which is usually my hobby. My ex wife, barbara, is dead! IDK how it happened. LOL. But me and Dillon Have Passionate gay sex every night in her memory with this game on as ambience. Big thanks to Five Nights at Floppas, for changing my life.

The Titty Gamer7485
The Titty Gamer7485

This game is a creative masterpiece that goes beyond the boundaries and expectations of the current gaming scene. The game can be broken down into four categories: atmosphere, tension, gameplay and finally the jumpscare.

First with the atmosphere, It's nerve-wracking even before the real terror starts. The game is well aware of just how unsettling the dim rooms on each cam and horrific images depicted on the walls and in your office--empty, dimly lit, and derelict--is a little chilling. Before anything out of the ordinary even happens, every synapse in your brain is sending the message that you do not want to be here. But for a few minutes, all is well, thanks to a recorded message left for you each night by your predecessor, a guy with a business-casual midwestern lilt who gives you a basic rundown on your duties and the morbid history of the place. But then his message is over, and the real game begins. Your job is to flit back and forth between the security cameras, ensuring all the creatures are and where they're supposed to be, which is in the back room. When they're not--and the fear instinct that comes with realizing that will serve you well here--your job is simply self-preservation. Close the computer, turn on the lights in your office, and wait for the threat to wander away. Survival is a matter of conservation, observation, and timing.

The second is tension and sensations. Horror media in general emphasizes immersion using audio and visual cues to clue the viewer into important information, build suspense, showcase settings, and most importantly scare the viewer. Horror video games take advantage of this as the interactive element engages all senses the viewer has into the game’s scene. Five Night’s at Floppa's elevates these attributes due to the game’s mechanics appealing to all age ranges and skill levels. While visual and auditory stimulation psychologically appeals universally through proficient stimuli association. Sound intensity and general auditory stimulation is a crucial part of all survival/horror video games as sound can be manipulated to evoke strong emotions resulting from built up tension through tonal shifts. Tonal shifts create mood, hearing smooth rhythmic voices creates a sense of safety while harsh jagged voices make the listener uncomfortable. In this game, you play the game with light buzzing and generators as background noise which is often intercepted with camera clicks and body shifting. This negative to neutral tone of the game is interrupted when you win a round with an upbeat chime and cheer or when you lose with loud screeching. Intersecting these cues during complex situations and or using simple association to create specific moods allows for a dynamic experience of suspenseful highs and lows for the viewer.

Third is the actual gameplay. The game after time becomes a semi-repetition based process with randomness causing chaos to insue. The game starts with only having one active threat of floppa himself moving from cam to cam, then adds the bingus on the office tv and finally a new threat to make cameras essential. At first you find comfort in the predictableness only to have the gameplay ramp up with new features and chaos causing diorientation in the player, pushing their reflexes and knowledge to their limit.

finally, the jumpscare... It’s not that hard to startle a person. Just take a disturbing-looking object and set it out of view until exactly the right moment. Then, let it fly with some bangs, pops, or screams. The light and noise hit our brains before we can process any classic phobias. The amygdala, a key part of the brain that processes fear, lights up. That same region controls startle responses in your body: jumping, ducking, or making a scared or surprised expression. Once the amygdala is activated, it cues the hypothalamus, the hormone-controlling section of the brain, to release adrenaline and prepare our muscles for action. But there’s more to the process. The brainstem, which dates back millions of years before humans, might play the most important role in a jump scare. The locus coeruleus, an area of the brainstem, synthesizes the stress hormone norepinephrine. That, in turn, heightens our attention. Most children learn about the “fight or flight response” in school, and our understanding of physiology reinforces it. When a person is startled, their heart rate and pressure skyrocket, blood rushes to their extremities, and their pupils enlarge to bring in as much light as possible. Their bladder or colon might even void, which is less of an obvious advantage in a dangerous scenario and more of a glitch as the brainstem overrules other orders from the central nervous system. This mindset is not ideal for making complicated decisions, or doing anything except hyperfocusing on the threat.

In conclusion, this game is a perfect representation of the potential of horror games moving forward setting a new standard in every aspect of game design. this game will one day become an icon over coming even the game that inspired it, fortnite...
