This game is amazing! I literally went through all of the different emotions and felt like I was on a roller coaster. some routes I wanted to smack some people around, others I swooned, others completely broke me(Esp the bad endings.) But they were all just so good. I felt like kicking my feet in happiness. There is just so many twists and turns, I normally don't like bad endings but they are so good that I was transported to the scene and felt all of the emotions. The voice acting was SO GOOD. If you haven't picked this up I HIGHLY suggest that you do. The art/the voice acting/ the music/ the writing. It's all top tier. You won't regret it.

I love it! Bought the game because the trailer and characters looks amazing. But I stayed for the plot. Each and every characters' stories was so good. The music/songs especially Melody of Love?? MAN THAT SONG WAS REALLY GOOD. Nearly cried because of Will's bad ending tho. If the dev makes another game like this, trust me I would be the first person to buy it. Good game!

I forced my way through two routes in Glass Heart, and I really didn’t think I could make it through any more. But then I started Will’s story, which continued into Brayson’s, and even though they weren’t the most amazing otome romances ever, there was something there that kept me entertained to the very end. Unfortunately, this is an otoge that’s all over the place with its storytelling. One moment it's a sweet tale of two people finding love in a difficult time of a young woman's life, and the next you’re tossed into the middle of soap opera-ish drama that had me wanting to slap ALL of the characters silly. Yet, it was the murder mystery that popped up out of nowhere that won me over. I just wish it didn’t take playing through two of the most frustratingly boring routes ever before I discovered that there was more to this otome than overly-contrived melodrama.

My feelings for this game are so conflicted. To be honest, there’s a lot of good here, but the bad is so groan-worthy that it really drags things down. Love interest quality is probably the most important aspect of any good otome. I can forgive dumb stories and the worst clichés ever if the guys are in the very least likeable. Fortunately, half of the guys here are in the likable camp, and they all become much more likable once you turn OFF the voice acting (except Tamaki whose VA performance is sublime). Will, Brayson, and Tamaki work well as love interests, mostly because their stories don’t revolve around the MC possibly dying at any given moment. It also helps that Meira has a bit of agency in their routes, which gives the romances room to develop and breathe. As for the other guys? Outside of having nonsensical storylines, they’re just…bland? Nathan is the most boring billionaire ever, and Jay has no discernible personality outside of a doctor madly in love with his patient. Then there’s Eli. I’m not a fan of tsunderes in the first place, but this guy has absolutely no redeemable personality traits. I like dickish characters, they just need to have some charm, and this guy has none.

My biggest gripe, though, is that for most of the confessions the guys won’t stop gushing about how much Meira means to them and that they love her so damn much they’d give up everything they ever cared about for her, and that she’s their moon in the sky, the loveliest creature ever created, blah blah blah. Repeat after me… LESS. IS. MORE. Confessions feel way more sincere when the guy isn’t professing his undying love for a woman he’s barely known two weeks. At least the quieter moments as the characters are wrestling with their blossoming emotions (assuming they hadn’t already fallen madly in love at first sight) were done well. If only we could’ve gotten more romantic tension and less profuse declarations of love...

So is there anything I actually DO like? Well, yes. Will and Tamaki’s romances are actually pretty great with some really good romantic tension and fun stories. Toss in Brayson, and you’ve got half of a good game. But is it worth $20 for those three alone? Honestly, it depends on how much melodrama you can stomach. I suggest waiting for a decent discount and going in with your expectations squarely in check. There’s a good time to be had here, just avoid reading through Jay and Nathan’s routes first. Actually, just avoid them altogether.

Glass Heart tells the story of a young woman called Meira who was born with a very fragile heart. She has spent all her life in the hospital and has now gotten news that her heart is finally failing on her for good and at best has 6 months to live. Good news is, they finally managed to get a heart donor for her! bad news is it only has a 20% survival rate and needs to be done in a month. Meira upon hearing this decides she wants to spend what could potentially be her last month to have a life that isn't simply living in the hopital. The game has 6 routes, what route you'll get into will depend on what Meira decides to do.

Now to talk about the game, Each route provides something different that made it easy to get lost into, I can honestly say while I do have routes I really favour over the other. I did not have a route I disliked or even found boring. Not to say they were perfect, some routes have stuff that made me think this is just for the sake of drama and actions Meira did that frustrated me.

For Meira herself, she is a nice MC. She starts of as naive and sheltered, and maybe a bit passive at times. But many of this can really be explained by being stuck in a hospital all her life, but she is also talented, bright, stubborn and strike back at people who go at her (..most of the time).

Also loved each of the LIs, despite the routes being arounf 2-3 hours long, each LI, I personally found charming and interesting. It was great being invested in their story as much as Meira's.

Other things about this game I liked is that, with the exeption of Meira (the MC), the game is fully voiced. it's uncommon for indie Otomes to be voiced so this was a very nice touch.

Anyways, if you like Otomes, I do recomend giving this game a try.

I never write reviews since I rarely feel like it but this game deserves so much attention! I really hope that more people will play it. I've only played one route so far but it's been amazing. I've laughed, I've cried, I've fallen in love with the characters. And there's still 5 more routes to go! Sure, the game seems to be a bit short for this price (one route took about 2,5 hours) but it's fully voiced and that alone justifies the price in my opinion. And on that note, the voice acting in this game is AMAZING. Same with the soundtrack. Seriously, Eternal Love Studios, you did a great job, especially since it seems to be your first game. I'm looking forward to more games from you!

I'm not sure how to get into the sixth route since there is only 5 choices at the beginning to choose a character to pursue... unless it's some kind of true end available after finishing the previous routes. But anyway, if anyone is hesistating to buy Glass Heart because of its price, don't! This game is worth every penny.

I love both Otome and ENG Otome/Dating Sims many times depending on the game in NA the cgs and sprites can tend to be a tad off while understandable due to money/funding etc. but let me say both the art/sprites in this are stunning each piece of artwork looks beautiful. The music being custom made for this game has some fantastic and fun songs that add to the narrative and the emotion on what the MC is trying to get through. As someone noted each route is around 2.5 hours but I do love that we have 4 ending variations of: Good, Bad, Sweet and Seductive. Overall fantastic game, story and quality price is worth it for any ENG Otome lovers!

I just adore everything about this game. The art, the voices, the writing, the music...I was a little hesitant to spend that much on an indie game, but I have zero regrets. The story is top notch...Glass Heart has sucked me in. I'm currently playing Nathan's route and loving it. Bradley Gareth is so emotive. Currently writing a walkthrough, and I'm just so pleased. I haven't gotten this emotional about a game in a long time, even though I knew this one was going to be a tearjerker, it still got me!

It has a great story. I love all the different lives Meira can live. I think all 6 men are great in different ways, although I do wish it was a bit more obvious on how to unlock Brayson's route. I like the fact the each route has a sweet and a seductive ending and I find myself liking the sweet endings more for most of the routes. I also like how the other characters show up in the other routes sometimes. If I had to choose a favorite route, it would probably be Tamaki and his seductive ending. If you like visual novels and dating sims, I think you will like this game.

SO WORTH IT

This game def deserves more hype. I found out about it through twitter and saw how beautiful the art looked. Each character looks so unique and the voice acting adds to it. I only played Jay's route and I absolutely loved it. I loved the pace of the story! The writer did AMAZING! I lived for the drama of his route. I also loved seeing the other guys be a part of Jay's route as well. The soundtrack is just soooo good. It really added to the tense and happy scenes. The UI is also super clean. I really love the beautiful image of Meira when you're on the main menu. I also REALLY enjoyed the Seductive epilogue. I wish more otome games had that. I can't wait to play all the other routes. This game is worth more than its listing price!! Can't wait to see more otome games from this studio.

Highly recommend as a romantic otome VN. Graphics, music, English VAs, and solid story writing provide a complete experience for an indie game and a great value at full price at $20 with extras and a gallery plus a handful of very colorful and interesting LIs to enjoy. I'd love to see more games like this from the developers. The Sweet and Seductive endings were great and offered at least a little bit of steamy fun in the epilogues. My one suggestion would be to polish the navigation options and fix the Skip bugs (especially in Nathan's route), and I think it would make a very lovely port to the Nintendo Switch if they chose to do so -- one that I would happily buy again there because it was just that much fun to play.

Listen to me. look into my eyes. If you love otome, and you love drama, you will L O V E this VN. I want to personally guarantee you that this is NOTHING like you may think it is. It's like being personally involved with the best soap opera of all time ft. mystery, thrills, intrigue, power, passion, and two distinct endings for each lover.

Premise, you play as a girl named Meira Lovingston, who was born with a debilitating heart condition and has spent most of her life in the hospital. One day, you are given the news that your heart as stopped functioning at full capacity, and your only option is a risky heart transplant with a low chance of survival. Your goal for the next month is to fulfill a dream of yours, and what ever dream you choose to pursue will put you in the path of a gorgeous, caring, devoted love interest for you to meet, bond with, and eventually fall for. But it will be up to you to determine how your love story ends.

There are 5 main guys to choose from (with a not-so-secret 6th path once the right circumstances have been met), all with wildly different personalities, appearances, and motivations for helping you- but make no mistake, they're all lovely, and they're all worthy of your time. The following is a nonspoiler description of each of the romance paths:

Will: the childhood friend boy-next-door who clearly cherishes you and your time, and the two of you have been best friends for ages. He helps you to come out of your shell and live as a normal girl for the time you have, introducing you to new people and new experiences that you have only fantasized about through the hospital window. He's protective, kind, funny, popular, and a star athlete, with a hidden soft and nerdy side that he doesn't always get the luxury of showing- he'll always let his guard down around you, though.

Tamaki: Soft-spoken and gentle-hearted, he is a florist whom you met in a rough spot in your life who didn't seem to be deterred when you cried within a few minutes of meeting him. Ever since, he won't seem to forget about you, constantly coming to offer you his beautiful bouquets and his company whenever the gaps in his tight schedule allow it. Upon hearing your terrible news, he opens his life up to you to help you experience a normalcy like you have never known, including a part-time job and an easy routine outside of hospital life. He's a wonderful man, but as you begin to learn more facets of his life and see sides of him that you would have never otherwise seen, you will find that there is much, much more to Tamaki than what meets the eye

Nathan: A tall, blonde, billionaire gentleman who endeavors to make your wildest dreams come to life, sparing no expense. It sounds too good to be true, but he vows to bring your dreams to your reality, showing you a slice of the world you'd only ever seen in pictures, providing experiences for you that you had resigned yourself to never seeing. He also inadvertently give you glimpses of a life you would never personally know- a life of intrigue, money, politics, and a bleak mechanical existence that is too cold, detached, and gray to be the right sort of life for a man as complex as Nathan. For beyond his pale green eyes lies a story of hidden passions, fragile hopes, and, above all, a reverence for the precious moments in life that tend to pass us by.

LYFE/Eli: A brash, stubborn, rude, and infuriatingly handsome popstar. He catches you singing an original song one cold and quiet night, and it sets off a chain of events to change the courses of both of your lives. No matter how much his presence may grate on you, or how much his sarcastic attitude makes you want to pull your hair out, it quickly comes to light that you are not the only one among you battling with personal demons. Somehow, he manages to convince you that it is better of you stop trying to fight alone, even if that means you end up fighting alongside each other. It's not like he likes you, though.

Jay: A cardiologist who wears his heart on his sleeve and will toe any line of medicine if it means saving the life of a patient- particularly if that patient's name is Meira Lovingston. You've known him for years, and he was the one who took you by the hand at one of the lowest points in your life and dragged you back out into the light. He is not about to see that light go back out; not if he has anything to say about it. As handsome, kind, and successful as he seems to be, you wouldn't know what to do with yourself if your relationship affects his career. You are not the only one with this fear, as you may discover.

As for the 6th man, you may just have to see for yourself ;)

If you have even the slightest desire to purchase and play this game, don't wait! You won't regret it!

This game is so sweet and will have you doing it all, crying, laughing, trying not to destroy your computer...when you get enraged at another character...It's really really enjoyable and I haven't even finished it yet.

YES, TOTALLY RECOMMEND THIS!

Decent writing, good BGM (figured all of them are original), and full-voiced characters (they sound hella good as well).
There are a total of 6 routes and each one represents a whole different kind of story and theme. More surprisingly, the dev pulls it through with the same cast. What I mean is it's not the same story with a different pov like other otomes, but the whole damn new story. Mentioning pov, you get to see the guy's pov in their route as well, which is nice to hear what the guy thinks of you once in a while.
You can find the plot is similar since some are popular tropes (best friends to lovers, enemies to lovers, second chance, etc.), but it's still unique in its own way, it's like having an old meal with different 'seasoned', or listening to a remix version of an old song. Another plus is that you can choose a sweet or seductive after-story if you want some spicy moments with your boi. :'>

My god, I can't stop giving a compliment on this game. I only wish that there will be more people out there who notice this gem. PLEASE HEAR MY PLEAD AND PLAY IT ALREADY!

This game was really sweet! I have completed 4/6 routes so far and I've enjoyed them. The one thing that has bothered me so far is that there seems to never really be any conflict between the MC/LIs and that can make the story feel a bit bland, but otherwise the art, gameplay and voice acting has been enjoyable.

This game is like a diamond in the rough I don't think alot of people know about it which makes it under rated more than it should be. Like this game has a good story, sad at times, heart warming in others, and the love interests as you go down the line you find each man is charming in his own way/ i haven't finished the game yet only first play through at 3 hours. That being said there is like 8 love interests i believe and they all have like 13 chapters or about that so you can imagine this game is pretty long but also makes it worth the money.

Love this game! I'm on the second route and I thought the doctor route was the best but it gets better every time! The doctor route is going to have to be my favorite so far but I'm barely into the billionaire route and he already captured my heart for Meira!!! Meira is so perfect and cute and pretty! Now she is also smart too and is even in college. That's nice - I like a character with personality and intelligence. She is not quite as gentle as some of the other hospital games I've played but this isn't a japanese game so I wouldn't expect her to be quite that gentle. Of course she's gentle but she is tougher than most otome heroines. Art, voice acting, music, transitions, story, writing are all top class, high level professional quality. The story is more than beautiful and no word or picture is wasted with minor characters having sprites and lots of CG's. One scene made me slightly uncomfortable but they have safe spaces sections for people who are trauma adverse which is nice and the speed is great! No extra fluff in this story. I love the beautiful and complex story and I love how tough this girl is - she doesn't just bow down to the heroes even if she likes them or let her dire circumstances destroy her. 10/10 worth it at full price.

This game was an absolute joy to play. I will be coming back and doing a few route replays, especially Nathan's and Eli's routes! Oh, how I cried more than a few times -- straight up sobbed twice! It was lovely. If you want some really good angst that ultimately gives you a warm and fuzzy happy ending, I cannot recommend Glass Heart highly enough.

It's a really meh game. All the guys like her because she's friendly, nice etc yes I get it but she's so boring. I chalked it up to her being like that bsc she's been cooped up in the hospital for so long but it just didn't hit the spot for me. Lacked any suspense; extremely predictable.

It felt that the old conventional love trope : Helpless girl, saviour guy, evil villainess. Spoiler here: why would you keep quiet when someone is threatening you? Yes, the guy might not believe you but aren't you gonna even try?

Screen is really laggy, crashes when you try and skip scenes. Just an overall 1. Would not recommend.

Play time: 10+ hours (as you can see by my play time thus far)
Art: consistently good
Music: actually really nice
Plot: A few gimmicky parts but overall damn good
Price: Decent for $20, If you have the money, get this game. I paid full price and I don't regret it at all.
Overall thoughts:

This game truly shocked me. It came out of nowhere and hit me like a ton of bricks. The writing, while some of the medical stuff...clearly not completely realistic, is well done. The voice acting is really great. I have to say that each LI VA had some really good sections where they convinced me (ex. Jay, Tamaki, and Brayson).
I hope this team makes more VNs.

PS, Route order is not terribly important but this is what I would recommend: WILL, ELI/LYFE, NATHAN, TAMAKI, JAY or BRAYSON.

PPS, the VA for Tamaki was my fav. I hope they do more roles!

I really enjoyed this game. The Voice Acting of the guys is really great. I can feel the emotion from all of the actors. The animation is also really beautiful. This story will make you a cry it just will. While there are not a great deal of choices, this more about just enjoying the story and the characters. I played all routes unlocked all extras and enjoyed every minute of it. I did have some lagging issues the longer the game played but I just restarted when that would happen and it would resolve the issue for a while. I know the dev is working on fixing this bug. My computer is no slouch and can handle lots of intensive games so I'm sure it's something to do with the game as when it's running it eats up a lot of memory. All that aside it was totally worth the little annoyance of having to save and restart the game. I love the bonus animations with the VA of the MC. I would love it if they added that VA to all of the MC's lines. I enjoyed this game and will be looking forward to what this dev does next.

The game is great! I've played Nathan and Will's routes so far and their stories were very sweet and dramatic. If you decide to press Auto Play, then each route would only take you 2.5 hours to finish. Give it a go! And for those wondering, you can unlock Brayson's route if you reach Will's bad ending.

Jinx

its a great game, the story is really good. However it does tend to lag after a little while of playing which can lead to the game crashing and or having errors pop up. These issues do unfortunately take your out of the experience.
