Inner Ashes is a remarkable and thought-provoking narrative adventure that takes players on an emotional journey like no other. From the captivating storytelling to the stunning visuals, every aspect of this game is meticulously crafted. The portrayal of Henry's struggle with early Alzheimer's is both sensitive and impactful, shedding light on the human mind's complexity.
The gameplay mechanics, inspired by real therapy methods, offer a unique and immersive experience. Solving tangram puzzles and using post-its to stimulate Henry's memory not only challenge the players but also provide a deeper understanding of the character's journey.
The relationship between Henry and his daughter, Enid, forms the heart of the game. It's a touching portrayal of a father's love and the power of memories. As players unravel the mysteries behind Enid's disappearance, they become emotionally invested in their bond, making every revelation all the more impactful.
Inner Ashes is not just a game; it's an emotional and introspective experience that raises awareness about Alzheimer's disease. It beautifully combines storytelling, gameplay, and art to deliver a truly unforgettable journey.
I wholeheartedly recommend Inner Ashes to anyone seeking a profound and memorable gaming experience. It's a testament to the power of storytelling in video games and a must-play for those looking for a meaningful narrative adventure.

Wonderful game! The graphics are outstanding, the dubbing is delightful... such an immersive experience. You can feel all the love put into this project. Be ready to shed a tear or two while playing though :) 10/10
I was skeptical at first with the game, but decided to give it a chance.
From the visual aspect it is really appealing and beautiful, the story starts in a slow pace, but eventually this gets more deeper and deeper, from the mechanical aspect, made me remember the interaction between the two worlds in silent hill 4,
Really got hooked up and im interested in finding the truths between Enid and Henry.
Really worth the purchase!
The treatment of Alzheimer's disease here is very elegant and tasteful. Similarly to films like Still Alice which do the same in cinematographic language, small things in the every day life of those affected by Alzheimer's are represented in classic walking simulator elements with very impactful results. I understand the story might be hard for those vulnerable to this kind of themes (like me), but it unravels in a somewhat uplifting tone.
Also the voice acting in Spanish is shockingly good.
Mediocre game. I think the overall story has potential and the art style was pretty, but I personally didn't like the voice actors, felt the story was slow at times, and the puzzles were repetitive. I wouldn't purchase again unless it was on major sale. Disappointed as I was looking forward to this game.
