The world's most innocent-looking Lovecraftian slavery clicker game, And Incredibly fun to boot. The game is well-balanced and has good progression over time. I heavily recommend it to anyone that's a fan of clicker or idle games.

This is a bite-size idle game, what you see is what you get. You will have fun for a couple of days or weeks, and then be done with it. There are a few technical issues/bugs and the game skews basic at times, but it's still enjoyable. Not must-play, but you will get your money's worth, and they are still updating it.

its a lot better than cookie clicker IMO
and i didnt get far into the game even (i mean sure, 49% of achievements, but still, i dont feel like i got very far)
i cant recommend it enough
+ it got one of the best animals, and the best bird
and with that also comes cute graphics
Im very happy i found this game as soon as i did

Finally a idle/clicker game that doesn't feel like operating an excel sheet. It has cutesy graphics and caters to different playstyles: fully involved, play-every-20-minutes, and fully idle.

Go for it.

Impresionante.

So, took me about 16 hours of semi active gameplay to basically 100% the game. Games decent for what it is, upgrades keep coming mostly at a good pace. Though there is very little in the game that makes it a good "idle" game, it's very much an active idler game. Better than most other idler games though, only downside being that it's very short.

Bofesn69

is a good one
price imo is absolutely justified, the Dev ballanced continues progression very well so that you feel like making progress at all times with new mechanics appearing now and then, fleshing out the core game nicely
I highly respect well balanced idle Games and this is one of them
active AND passive playstyle are possible and both rewarding
Cant wait for further updates or new projects

good game, but i don't know why you'd base it around something that looks like it should taste like cool mint but doesn't

Rarst

Cute charming clicker, that delivers all the good feels from pushing buttons to make the numbers go up.

Has some puzzle elements, but no significant variety/balance/strategy. Definitely NOT an idler! You can leave it overnight and it will be - you get 60 thingies, you need 540 000 thingies for next upgrade (literally numbers from my game right now, not exaggerating).

I have been saying for years, that if you took a decent clicker phone game... removed any pay2win microtransactions, tuned the game for 20-40 hours of gameplay, and slapped a $5-$10 price tag on it. You would have a solid game. This is that game.

It respects and rewards your time without all those typical P2W gimmicks. I thoroughly enjoyed progressing through the game feeling the increase in power, and ultimately achieving 100% achievements in about 20 hours of gameplay. I look forward to returning once future updates are made.

Pretty in-depth and a lot of stuff to do, the music is really well made. I would love to see a music track of the game released because I really love it. A real good game, with good art, cosmic beings, kiwi abuse?, and more! Real fun clicker game you should try.

A fun game. I'm a fan of idlers, though.
So I might get more joy out of them than some.

This one is kind of short, but that's not really that bad.
I enjoyed the experience.
I finished it in about 20 hours. I'm at a point where I have all achievements which are possible to get.
And unlocked everything and am at a point where the only change right now is bigger numbers. Might keep playing, not sure.

There's no microtransactions. At least not yet. They might add DLC or free updates.
I'd recommend the game.

Not-Fruit Clicker

Kiwi Clicker is a lovely yet streamlined clicker/idler. Choose a profression that fits your playstyle and enjoy how the little birdies work for you. If you like number-goes-up-games get it! It's fun, respects your time invested with meaningful progress, and has a lovely artstyle.

TL;DR
Click-Click-Click. Number goes up - brain goes "Yeij!".

Best game I have ever played in my entire life. I thought I would play for 10 minutes and never touch it again... I could not of been more wrong. When I sleep I hear zapping, kiwi going boing, and the sound of money. I can not stop playing and you won't either. boingboingboingboingboingboing

I don't know what made developers think this game should be more expensive than Cookie Clicker.

It has very few content and incentives other than "buy all the upgrades", upgrade tree looks huge but all branches are the same, 2/3 of the branch is the more or less the same with different names (increasing efficency by 50%, and multiplying efficency by 1.5x), and 1/3 of the branch is basically useless (you start the game with a certain number of a building, at the begginning of prestige you start with 50, 100, 150, 200... whatever that number doesn't matter when you are already upgrading to lvl 500 one minute after prestige). Some upgrades in the tree are original and imaginative, like the one that turns your cursor into an autoclicker, or the keyboard ones that i think should be more developed, but the rest are pretty much number increases, more kiwis, more speed, more coins.

Also, the kiwi happpiness upgrade, i don't know if i'm missing something but is that entirely useless? Does it ONLY affects that +10%, -10% and -20%? If it doesn't have anything more there isn't really any option other than +10%, no sense mechanic.

Speaking of playstyles, you have Active, Semi-active, and AFK. Well AFK is out of the table, it just needs to be reworked from scratch, faster automatic upgrades? Dude i'm either at the begginning, where i have to upgrade around 1500 levels so 30s or 1s doesn't make any difference, or i'm at the end, where i maybe can upgrade a level every minute or so. That ratio upgrade thing, just take it down, and i really can't believe how afk can be capped with afk class, why not exponentially decrase fortify effect to prevent abusing over-fortifying? Capping it at +1800% per offline time, makes abusing it only harder, but perfectly possible.

The Active playstyle is pretty weak without a third party autoclicker, but it's original and fun, you can play with the inner game speed (making everything in the engine run at x2, x3 speed... it's a pretty op mechanic for these games but i love it), and while you keep clicking you get plenty of free extra clicks on places you would naturally want to be constantly clicking.

And the Semi-active is this games peak honestly, where it shines, is pretty much what saved the game for me, it's an engaging but not consuming (like Active) playstyle, upgrades are perfect, faster potions, better tiers, longer effects, more capacity, just what you want, also, it's by far the most op way to get prestige points, i'd say it gives x20-x30 more than AFK and x5-x10 more than Active.

The game doesn't have much more content, some pseudo-pets, they are fun at the begginning but at late they turn more into a secondary class/playstyle that you just choose, some challenges that are neccessary for progress but also some are fun and engaging, and the infamous peel system, that is very well designed but in reality is something that wrecks your mental health, patience, and savings just for a number increase.

Finally, i enjoyed the game, but 4.99€ is WAY too much for what it offers, it feels hell empty for that price, maybe i wouln't think about the price while gaming for 2€ or something, the standard in these games is Cookie Clicker that can offer HUNDREDS of hours of new content and mechanics, and it's 3.99€, this game can offer around 15h until you start repeating too much, and i'm being optimistic. The game simply is not worth the price, but in a sale, or a key, it's a good deal.

The Pie Is A Lie

Achievements are a huge grind, you really have everything unlocked within an hour or two of gameplay at most and then just upgrading further is the main grind right now.

Game is actively devved and for a few bucks was worth my time, but definitely not 100s of hours of content atm

It's hard to find good idle games, but this one is a real gem -- clean graphics, plenty of steam achievements, and mechanics that really let you play as actively or idly as you want take it from good to great. While it only took me a little under 2 weeks to get all of those achievements, there are still updates and content to come. Well worth the price!

9/10 bc its a cool game w/ good graphics and cute "birds" (at least i think there birds), and it also hit a home run in the kiwiker game category (cheap too). Although it does lack on content (but, as of now because the game is still being updated)

Ramps up quickly at the start, then becomes trivial for a good long while with no signs of any real progress or change of pace coming. I like the idea, but the scope seems to limited, and the prestige mechanic unfulfilling.

Fairly unique as idlers go. The profession system lets you choose how active you want to be, between "very active", "sometimes" and full-idle, with little pets that supplement from the other playstyles. It starts out simple enough but the transcend mechanic adds a few activities. You can do challenges that add a percentage to your transcending currency, and ultimately it will take a good amount of time to unlock everything, but to a reasonable degree. It's a simple to learn but meaty idle that probably took me ~100 hours to get everything.

No cash shop to double the time or to add extra transcend options. That feels worth mentioning, especially in the idle world.

As it stands I've unlocked the entire transcend tree except for two of the 99,999 unlocks which for the moment don't even do anything but for future content. So I'm just collecting my passive gains for giggles at this point, but I am spending more time offline than before until they add more stuff.

As a buy-to-play this is one of the better ones on the market and as of this review the developer(s?) seem fairly active in adding content over time.

I wish I could say more given my usual prolific reviews but that's really all there is to it. If you like idles, you should get this one.

Really fun and unique auto clicker game. The only real reason i chose to not recommend this game is its autosave mechanic which lead to some save losses. Its just a guess, but it seems like if the game crashes [e.g. PC blue screen for some reason] the second you restart the game it cant acces the steam cloud instantly, which leads to it starting a new safe file. Normally this wouldnt be a problem if you just restart the game; wait for the cloud to initialize again; and now you have your save back. Sadly the game pretty much instantly overrites its save file the second you start it, which leads to the loss of you save file.
Still a very fun game, but not a lot of people keep playing after losing their save file with a two digit playtime.

I think This is the coolest game ever! What isn't great about a game that you can click kiwis in! And i think that it is great that it is also the first ever game to invent something into the real world which means god likes the game. and it's veryy popular! I think that everyone should play it because it is super fun and I think that it could be everyones favorite game ever it is the best by the way and I think that it is cool by the way and you should go plahy it! It is really cheap and if you dont like kiwi clicker and get 16 hours in one day then you are dumb! Kiwi clicker is super duper fun and no one can say anything to change my mind. So everyone play Kiwi clicker okay? It may be the best game ever and it is the best game ever play it now right now

"If a kiwi catch a kiwi coming through the kiwi..."

~Holden Kiwifield

Kiwi Clicker, also known as "Le Kiwi Cliqué" (France), "Die Effizient Geklickte Kiwi"(Germany), and "Киви по праву наш"(Russia), is the latest game from the folks who made it.

The Kiwi is a flightless bird from New Zealand, but also the kiwifruit, which comes from the grocery store. Both are featured in the game, which involves having your Kiwis(bird) deliver kiwis(fruit) to the castle, where they are sold for koins. This allows you to buy upgrades which enable you to produce more fruit and deliver it faster, which continues in a grand circle of life sort of way, until you simply cannot take it any longer.

Sorry to interrupt your reading, but I just wanted to tell anyone who signed up for the cheese making seminar, that I've had to cancel it. I did my best, but there was just no whey.

The methods for obtaining kiwifruit are numerous, and that number is two. You can click on the giant Kiwi(bird) in the center of the screen, but you also get kiwi(fruit) by having an automobile with a giant drill attached to the front ram into the backside of the Kiwi(bird)(giant), over and over, in a manner reminiscent of consumers experiencing supply side economics.

Of course you also get to prestige, or ascend, which resets regular progress, but earns you meta currency for permanent upgrades. It's a clicker. Not a bad one at that, and regular updates have added new features, as well as some QoL improvements, so I heartily suggest this game to any clicker fans. Sure, you have to pay(M1) for it, but it won't be shoving any in-app purchases in your face, or any other orifice for that matter. Maybe that's all we can hope for, times being what they are.

Kiwi Otter is sweet and juicy, and is a Steam curator.

It took me more then 65 hours (some hours were idle) to get all the upgrade on the competence/ascencion tree, level up all the mercrenaries wiwis, get all the available achievements. I'm waiting for the KI Updates for end-game content and the remaining achievements. For CDN$ 4.65, it's a steal for a cute, stress-free clicker game starting kiwis. Both the birds and the fruit :D.

Kiwi Clicker is the best idler on Steam. I say this as someone who has played through all of Cookie Clicker multiple times. The game provides a satisfying progression experience with a clearly hand-tailored progression curve. Each of the professions feels engaging in its own way (though Alchemy and Carpentry still feel significantly weaker than Archery), and you'll have the opportunity to try each of the playstyles suggested by the game throughout your many prestige runs. Every prestige also feels immensely satisfying - from unlocking what is effectively an in-game autoclicker to massively boosting each part of kiwi production. Every part of this game up to the most recently added underground midgame section is phenomenal. I only hope that the developer continues this exceptional work in building some sort of post-crowns endgame. If you're at all interested in idler or clicker games, Kiwi Clicker is a must-play, and well worth the low price of $5.

Garedicus
Garedicus

Honestly, I just don't see what all the praise is about this game. It's just another clicker game, the audio is so quiet you have to crank your system volume to even hear it, the graphics are bland, the promise that it "rewards your playstyle" comes down to three options you can select fairly early on which don't actually get saved anywhere and which you have to re-earn each reset, so no, it doesn't reward your playstyle unless your playstyle is to constantly click in the same three places as rapidly as possible. And RNG elements for idle progress? Really? Nay.

Best Clicker game there is.

This game has everything a good clicker game should have, different game styles ( an active one that requirs you to be clicking or using an auto clicker, one where you have to interact with the game every half an hour or so and one were you can play every few hours ), challenges that give you extra bonuses, a good rebirth system, no microtransactions and interesting achievements.

So i can't recommend this game enough.

Great clicker game. It's clear the dev understands what makes this genre so entertaining. It also currently has frequent content updates. So the game is currently only developed through the mid-game as I believe. However it is actively being worked on. I expect to have many more hours on this game in the future.

A clicker game.
But this one has more than 1 thing to click.
Also it has quite a bunch of mechanics other than ascension, you click the kiwi to make kiwi fruits, then a kiwi vacuum suctions the kiwi fruits, put them in bags for kiwis to carry to sekiwity, where they get electrocuted, and they take kiwis to a castle to summon a king which you have to kill for some reason? i thought we were working for the kiwi king, but no?
*shrugs*

as any decent clicker it has permanent upgrades, has quite a bunch of mechanics and it's surely to be addictive as any other clicker that you might have tried!

The good
- it's a clicker
- has kiwis

The bad
- it's a clicker

my experience
not gonna lie, I've been planning to make my own kiwi clicker game for years with the knowledge I don't know how to code, this game existing will not stop me if I ever learn how to code. because I love kiwis, and I have dwelved in the addiction of clickers before

it's neat, will always make your hand a bundle of pain for clicking so much (like every clicker)
has small mechanics that adjust to your gameplay.

it's alright. it's just a phone game

good if you like clickers!

A pretty decent incremental game that you can complete in a few days if you choose the active playstyle, maybe a couple weeks if you're an idle player. You can choose different professions that suit your playstyle, like active/semi-active/"i like to check on the game a couple times a day".

It has enough to keep you interested but not so much that it's overwhelming, which is my issue with many incrementals these days. I enjoy the simplicity of it, even if that means there isn't a ton of content.

For $5 it's worth it. Can't wait for the next update.
