It's just so grindy. It's nice that you get MP and HP back after every fight but that just means you are always just spamming your heavy attacks. So enemies have too much health and take a dozen hits from heavy attacks unless you spend several rounds buffing yourself and then they take less but oh my god just move on to the next fight already. Also means there is no real difference between regular enemies and bosses.

Very simple little repetitive game. You can grind for materials at your will because you choose 99% of your battles. You'll need the experience and materials won to increase your power and skills and the materials are used to craft better armor and weapons. That equipment can further be upgraded with more materials. Lethal, the main character also gets to bring one of several pets which he must find. These pets can be upgraded as well with feeding. There are also several characters you can discover to bring with you on your 3 man team. Areas of the map are clearly marked for character level so you dont wonder into deadly areas. The music, while not unpleasant is limited to a few songs. The visuals are clearly visible on the store page.

The game takes a little strategy kinda like a simple chess match. I find it to be a descent time killer from time to time. But believe me it should have been called repetitive war. 7/10

Cheap and fun game. A lot like DragonFable. I don't usually like the cheap games I buy on steam but I have definitely enjoyed this one!

what i liked about it:

pros:

3 party members right away for more combat options
not too easy right off the bat
no random encounters
affordable
it's a fantasy world where the currency is dollars, and i respect that
all characters get exp after a battle, even if they died
it has heart

cons:

i wish i could tell the order of initiative in battle
needs more musical variety
needs more sound effects. if you turn the music off (because of the lack of variety) the game is eerily silent

Do you like turn based combat?

What you get in this game is turn based combat with some turn based combat to spice up the turn based combat. If you get tired of turn based combat, there's some turn based combat to break the monotony of turn based combat.

If turn based combat is your thing, get this turn based combat game for some turn based combat.

A simple, cheap game with simple, but acceptable graphics and gameplay. It's a good game to play while listening to a podcast or something, as it doesn't require too much focused attention. I will say, it feels like certain abilities may not be working properly; for example, using the "taunt" command had no appreciable effect on who enemies targeted, with 5 or more attacks still bypassing their allegedly "priority" target, and occasionally my mouse indicator just seemed to disappear, making map navigation impossible. But all in all, as I said, a solid, acceptable little title, perfect for jumping into a turn-based experience without any muss or fuss.

Note: Titular character "Lethal" is not cool in any way. He's a total goober and his character design looks like a dishrag.

Very poor balance throughout the game, very uninteresting story. Still better than most indie RPG's avalible on steam.

This game, despite it's appearance and relative "cheapness," is actually very well done and fun. It's more entertaining than some AAA games and simple to enjoy. I highly recommend this game for anyone who's just looking to kill some time. Although the story is a little contrived, it's still enjoyable. The gameplay itself is easy to master and fun to mess around with. The added bonus of being able to just sit in an area and "farm xp" makes this a lot easier than just rushing through the story.

Lethal RPG: War is a very enjoyable little RPG.

Pros:

    • Low price.
    • The art is well done. If you like cartoon style sprites, it looks great in HD.
    • It feels challenging, even on normal difficulty.
    • The pet system is simple to use, and there's over 20 pets to collect.
    • If you're an achievement hunter it's pretty easy to 100%.

Cons:

    • The story is not bad, but it's probably one that's been told a thousand times over.
    • I usually enjoy playing with paladins, but the paladin in Lethal RPG: War is a bit unbalanced and by far the weakest character.

Overall it's worth playing.

I heartily recommend this game. It is easy to learn and simple to play, but very deep in figuring out the logic of the combat. It is fun upgrading your trrops and following the plot. For the price it can't be beat.

I've thoroughly enjoyed this game. As a fan of RPGs with turn-based combat, I can certainly recommend it. The fighting was very strategic and for the most part I found it balanced well enough to stay challenging but not impossible. You acquire several party members throughout the game and can change them in and out of the active party any time between battles. There is a great variety of allies, though I personally found all of the mage types to be too mushy and die too easily to enemy attacks, so I ended up using mostly the fighter types throughout most of the game.

The combat in general was great, but there were a few things that annoyed me. One aspect in particular was that enemies virtually always had better agility than my team, so they always took their actions first every turn, which meant that if any of your allies got low on health, they'd be finished off the next turn before you get a chance to heal them. The only times the enemy agility was equal to agility of my allies was when I was overlevelled for the area. Even the assassin (the fastest party member) wouldn't always go before the enemy.

Another annoyance mostly came in late stages of the game. A lot of the enemies and bosses later on just started having way too many resistances, so you'd often end up dealing very little damage to them if only 1 party member had the means to strike their weakness, and hence the battles were dragging out. Without giving any spoilers, I found the final boss to be very uninteresting, due to that same fact. He was only weak to one element, which only the main character could use, what meant that your 2 other allies in the party were only useful for serving potions and dealing an occasional debuff on the boss.

The first half of the game was really great. It only started to get a bit repetitive later on, and I feel it could've easily been 2-3 areas shorter. Just feels that it overstayed its welcome a bit.

I imagine the art style won't be to everyone's liking, but I personally thought it was nice-looking and thought it gave a nice flare to the tone of the game. Since the game was rather light-hearted and even cheesy, the visuals fit it fine. The music was also great. Even though there were only about half a dozen of tunes in the entire game, I never really got bored of hearing them, since they were pleasing to the ear.

There wasn't much else happening aside from battles, although I did enjoy the crafting mechanic. Each character had 4 possible armours and 4 possible weapons to craft throughout the game, and each one could be upgraded. In addition to weapons and armour, you can also find a variety of animals to serve as the main character's pet. Each animal had different strengths and weaknesses, so some degree of micro-management was needed to make them useful in battles.

The story is pretty much your cheesy light-hearted epic fantasy. It doesn't do anything extraordinary, but it's there to make the game a bit more fun.

Overall it's a fun game and I enjoyed it.

Lethal RPG: War may well be quite competitive as compared to free flash games in terms of its story, graphics, and gameplay, but there's just not enough there to make this a game I would recommend.

First up, the story is stupid, and not even in a "so bad it's good" way, most of the time. It takes itself quite seriously, despite having a main character named Lethal, but the plot is incredibly generic "save the kingdom from the creepy crawlies," so there's very little there to really either catch a player's interest or amuse a player who's playing it for laughs.

The main issue is the gameplay, though. The game is very, very grindy insofar as you will be repeating more or less similar strategies dozens of times, given that even generic enemies are tough enough that essentially all fights will take 4+ rounds to resolve, even those you're sure you'll win from the start. (Actually, as a sidenote, generic enemies encountered in random battles seemed stronger than generic enemies encountered in story battles. This is probably an artifact of the level scaling, but it still contributed to the grindy feeling.) This is compounded by a system where enemies scale to Lethal's level (to a minimum and maximum based on the map area you're in) but your characters don't gain full XP unless they're in the active party, meaning that not picking two companions - and on a first run, almost certainly the two you start with - and sticking with them through the entire game is a recipe for a needlessly difficult time.

As upsides, the graphics are actually pretty well done and the actual combat mechanics are fairly interesting for important fights - each character has a basic attack, a defensive move, up to five special attacks unlocked as they level up, and a wide selection of spells and consumable items acquired during the course of the game. Just... there's not much other than those boss fights, which can vary wildly in difficulty, to really act as a draw for this RPG.

So yeah, no. Lethal RPG: War's solidly mediocre in a way that makes it not a game I'd recommend to anyone in particular.

This game is another title of the series "Generic JRPG with no real value whatsoever". Why? I'm so glad you asked, so let's find out, shall we?

First off, the story is dull and uninteresting. It will provide you with no motivation to keep playing. And here's the next thing: Gameplay is just as bad.

Don't get me wrong, I love JRPGs if they have been done well - especially if you can grind your chars to be very powerful against upcoming enemies, which feels good, just because you spent that much time doing it. But in this game it's like in The Last Remnant - enemies will always be leveled to match yours. I know there are people who like that but I do not.

Also, the graphics and especially the animations are really, really bad. Oh, and the music does not even remotely match the scenery it's being played it. Just listen to the battle music once and you will know what I mean.

It's really sad as there are a few good things about this game as well - it definitely had potential. Upgrading and level/skill-systems are great, controls work fine, loading times are non-existent and the engine runs smoothly.

I dont usually like turn-based party RPGs, but I liked this.

I got about 16 hours out of it, for the perfect game - but you can Game+ it when finished which allows you to continue to level and upgrade your items beyond the stage 10 lock you have in the first play.

I honestly wont continue, as I would rather move on to another achievement game... but if you need something casual that you could beat a few times - this could be a good choice. I more than got my monies worth out of it.

Graphically, its very flash level. Not amazing, but decent enough for what it needed to do. The fights get old, and once you have a plan for the area you are in - you pretty much do the same thing until you leave - 15 fights or so. So its less about all the choices you have and more about not using things you currently shouldn't. There is enough in the way of tomes and skills to experiment and I think its complete and balanced enough. Mid-game I did stop changing my party around tho, which always makes me wish for larger parties... but 3v3 was the concept.

The story had me laugh a few times but overall its typical of the flash rpg genre. Not overly amazing and using the skip (which I didn't) wouldn't change much. The conversations were not always that good.

I would have liked more achievements, but they were paced out very well such that there was always one in sight. For that reason I was encouraged to complete the game in a steady swoop, which is always a sign of decent achievement design.

Technically, the game played flawlessly even over many hours. I did not experience any issues of any kind, which has not been the case with many other titles lately, so that was refreshing.

TLDR: Its a nice simple RPG thats forgiving and playable. I would like to see more achievements but will be watching the dev page for more like this in the future.

This game is perfect if you like RPG rogue like games.
I played in it 9 hours and i completed it, but i want to play it 1 or 2 more times.
It has the most common story, but still it is awesome:
-Kingdom is in the danger and you must protect it from the evil.
-You make your own party, going towards the enemy, getting more exp and new party members to find out what is happening in your world.

I bought this game for 49 cents on sale figuring what the heck. I never expected to actually like it. This game is actually a lot of fun. The graphics are hand drawn but crisp and colorful. The game is surprisingly deep as far as its RPG elements. After each battle you gain meterials to use in the upgrading of armor and weapns or crafting new ones. The turn based combat is reminiscent of the early Final Fantasy games. The skills and spells are all there and you must quest to find those. You can field 3 characters at a time in the party but as you do the campaign you unlock more members to choose from. I was very impressed at the depth of the game for being so cheap. It is a simple no brainer to be sure but you can tell by playing it someone did alot of work and this was a product of love. Someone put a lot of effort into this game for its price. I reccomend this game to anyone who like TBS / RPG games if they are looking for a totally mouse driven, simple point and click adventure that isn't hard to learn at all. I finished the campaign in 20 hours and after that had the option to re-do the campain keeping all my characters and gear from the 1st run-through and yes the enemies scaled to our levels ... got my butt kicked in the 1st fight of the 2nd run through not thinking I would need the mage / healer and took in the orc berserker ... oops ... got slaughtered with no healing present because the formerly noob zone mobs were no longer noob mobs lol. Even for the full price of 5 bucks .. worth every penny

I do like this game, but your characters really do not get a lot of mp. It's a pain that I have to spam mana potions so often. I also cannot really tell the difference in the skill/difficulty level of the three difficulty settings. It also sucks that it's not possible to flee the boss fights. Some of the bosses were surprisingly easy, but at least one is pretty much impossible to beat early on. I had no way of knowing this before hand. [Edit: okay, if I would have looked at the map, I would have known, so it's my fault :3]

Griping aside, I do enjoy the combat and being able to upgrade my gear/weapons. This is overall a pretty decent game.

Being an avid fan of the Lethal RPG series I've played all that I could. This game seems to harken back to the earlier games, in both it's gameplay, and timeline in the game itself.

IF you have played the other games in the series, I recommend you give this one a go, it may take some time to finish but it's a game you will find refreshing, given that unlike OTHER RPGs you heal between battles without needing to rest in town.

If you're not a Lethal RPG series fan, you may wanna try some of the other games first as this one is fairly basic comparitively.

definetly worth the price, I´ll not extend this review with all the stuff you can read at the game description and other reviews, it´s exactly what you see in the screenshots as well.
I got this game on sale 90% off, and it´s already cheap to begin with. And it´s fun. So cost benefit relation is sky high. Besides, if you don´t like it you can always get a refund.

Pros:
+Turn-based combat
+Surprisingly fun
+Combat and enemy designs are interesting
+Lengthy story.

Cons:
-Combat can range from frustratingly difficult to absurdly easy within a battle or two
-No random encounters
-Story is cliche-riddled and very derivative
-Attempts at humor fall VERY flat

I've played about 6 hours so far, and have to say that I enjoy it. Despite its flaws, it's a very fun little RPG. The story, characters and situations may be derivitave, but the game rushes you from one arc to the next that you'll hardly notice, and simply get caught up in slaying zombies, dragons, orcs, werewolves, leveling your characters and crafting stronger weapons and armor.

I picked this up on sale for 0.54 cents, but I'd say that ultimately it's got enough content to be worth full price.

I have played a lot of really good rpgs from the 1980s and 90s and enjoyed them a lot. I was hyped to finally find a perfect RPG on steam and bought it as soon as I heard about it. I recommend this game to anyone who enjoys RPGs as much as I do. Not only is the story interesting, but the characters you can use are awesome! I have played this game for over 50 hours so far and yet, I have not completed the game yet. There has been so much I have explored and I feel like this game is an endlessly fun and I am surprised as to how unnoticed this game has been on steam in the past couple of years. I would rate this game 10/10.

Lethal rpg war is a turn based rpg, your life and magic points are recovered after each battle, the game is played over the worldmap view, so the game focus is on battles.

This is a very fun, addictive turn-based RPG that is every 80's kid's dream, especially if you put the difficulty on Expert and never look back. Brutal battles, but little death penalty, and it's all about the battles. Be prepared to grind, and craft, and grind. The world map resembles a board game of sorts, but it works quite well with icons, and gives the quests a certain pacing.

Darkclaw3050

A simple but fun turn-based RPG, recommended for fans of the genre but especially those who don't mind casual play and repetitive actions/battles.

+Decent visuals and story
+Good variety of skills, magic, effects
+Pets with varied element and status effects
+Craft system for upgrading weapons, armor, pets
+Choose party characters from a growing roster as story progresses
+Some freedom to choose where to explore, side quests

-Very repetitive battles, pretty much same enemies each battle within a zone
-Incremental upgrades don't really feel much more powerful
-Menus/UI optimized more for mobile/phone than PC
-No keyboard support, lots of clicking

Overall a pretty good casual RPG, especially for the price on sale

I really want to recommend this game. It was a positive experience for nearly 15 hours of game play, but once you reach roughly around level 50ish, and get to the Goblin Capital area, the fights become instantly unwinnable. You hit a wall, and cannot get any further in NG+ mode.

When this game gets balanced and I am able to finish the game, I'll change my review. Right now, a very perfectly balanced game becomes insantly broken once you reach that area.

Flying Shisno
Flying Shisno

A great casual RPG. There are plenty of party members to find, and a lot of pets to collect as well. Think of pets like an extra equip for the main character. They attack with you, increasing damage and doing elemental damage as well depending on the pet.

Enemies drop crafting materials when killed. Each character has 4 different Armour and 4 Different Weapons each, and you upgrade their damage/defense with the materials.

It isn't necessary to grind, but you can if you want. There are plenty of side quests to go alongside the main quest. The main quest isn't a masterpiece, but it's okay, and the humor of the game is good too.

I definitely recommend this game.

Lethal RPG is an indie jRPG style. If you are curious it is actually a part of an indie franchise called Lethal.
The original version of this game is made using flash and it's free to play. Just google it.

- The game is very linear. With point-to-point movement ala Agarest War.
- About 90% the game you will be battling monster over and over and over and over and over again. And over again.
- Lots of grinding involved, mainly for material for upgrading your equipment.
- The game has turn based battle system and sideview battle.
- Battle animation kinda clunky but somehow i like it because it looks funny.
- A very challenging New Game +.
- Shitty autosave that you can't disable. Messed up my save file thx to this.

The game is decent, short and pretty enjoyable on short play sessions.
Although depending on your expectations you might be disappointed with the game.

The game is cheap, but i recommend to buy the game only when it's on a sale.
Mainly because there are better games with the same price tag.

Or maybe just play the free flash version if you're stingy.

Considering Lethal RPG's origins as a Flash game, it's actually pretty darn good but it's one patch away from being great.

You're given eight playable characters to add to your team. However, only a small number of combinations are actually worthwhile. For instance, having the mage in your team is absolutely essential. I found the solider, berzerker, and assassin to be of far less utility.

There's a nifty crafting system that's driven by loot from tons of optional bosses and sidequests. Upgrading your equipment visually changes your characters, which is a nice touch on a game at this price point. Yet, the distrubtion of crafting items is frustrating. The game desperately needs some manner of exchanging crafting supplies, especially since the money you earn by completing battles is nearly useless. For instance, by the end of the game I had several hundred leathers but had to spend significant time grinding for linen and silk for the necromancer and mage.

The random encounters are too difficult and the bosses are (for the most part) too easy. It shouldn't take 8-10 rounds to decide the outcome of a random encounter. One the up side, the encounters are placed on the map so you get to decide when and where you fight. The boss encounters are much easier and generally follow the same formula: stack DoTs, heal and regen mana. The bosses telegraph big attacks a turn or two in advance, so throw in a well-time defend command now and then. The multitude of bosses look cool and are animated well but don't differ significantly in strategy.

It sounds like I'm being harsh on the game but I really did enjoy it a great deal. It was a nice break from the generic RPG Maker games that litter Steam. If you're looking for a low-priced RPG to kill a weekend on, this is it.

I got this game for 4-bits. If you want to pay 10x that at normal price. That's your choice.

Pros
-It's a standard JRPG game. If you've played any of that type of game before it'll be easy to play with little to no problem.
-There isn't flash, flare and other such gimmics in the game. No slot machine large numbers that are used to make it seem like you're doing big damage when you really aren't.
-Decent music and sound efects.
-I didn't notice any problems running the game.

Cons
-As with most games of this type there's no options to speak of. Volume, fullscreen and dif is all. Well, music slider too.
-The curser is decktop and the names for items aren't outline in a bold boarder. This could be a problem for those of you (like me) who have eye disorders.

To be completely honest, this game is far better than I expected and I am truly enjoying my time playing it. I truly do suggest this game for those who are interested in turn based RPGs. The fact that you are at full health and your dead characters are revived after each round is just truly nice to have for once.

Yeah....I suggest getting this game and I sorta feel bad for being able to get it in a bundle but I would gladly have bought it if it wasn't knowing how it plays is all.

Okay yes, I have only played a couple minutes of this. I just wanted to get a feel for this. I have however played every LethalRPG game I could find online. I have to say, While the combat system is nice, It feels more like a spiritual successor rather than an addition to the saga that was going on. Considering no one else has brought up the series, I feel theres no problem with what I am going to say but if you really don't want to see it then SPOILERS:

Still here? good. Okay so the Lethal Rpg series is about a knight, not his name at first, He served his kingdom loyally, but eventually, after they were done with him, they got rid of him. A Wizard came along and saw the wounded warrior laying there. He fused him the warrior with a magical orb, which formed the man the series knows as Lethal. Immediately, Lethal wanted revenge, so he went along, conquering entire islands by himself, getting more powerful the more souls he would take. Before he could challenge the king himself, Lethal was taken down by an adventurer. But that didn't stop him. He just went and beat Death itself to come back, more angry, and more evil. This time nothing stood in his way as he murdered the king, and world domination was his. But the wizard grew angry, as he wished to control Lethal for himself. Having failed at that, He split (or cloned, I never got full details on this) Lethal into another being, Fatal. Fatal destroyed the planet itself, and sealed Lethal away in a tombstone, a mere wisp of his former self. Fatal went on to terrorize the rest of the galaxy (yep this went a bit SciFi) as Lethal watched one. He began to see the truth of his ways as he had witnessed the destruction of his home and now the galaxy itself was at risk. Eventually, a rebel happened by the planet, and Lethal offered up his powers to the rebel to help take down Fatal (in the game it was mostly a transformation to Lethal) Finally, working with the Rebel, Fatal was finally taken down. Remorseful with his evil ways, Lethal went to sleep. Promising to wake up when they needed him again. Eventually, a long time later, he was woken up again, as Fatal's cult had begun to seemingly attempt to bring Fatal back. Lethal fought, with two adventurers, to stop it. They chased the cultist into hell itself. But they realized too late that the cultist weren't trying to bring Fatal back, They were bringing back a greater evil, which sealed the opening to hell which Lethal and his team had gone through.

And thats where the story left off. I can say the game is great, but to go to that deep a plot (yes parts of it are missing, I play the series 2-4 years ago, I can't exactly be expected to remember the exacts of a forgotten plot) and then to come right back to the beginning with this game, I just can't recommend it. Go play the other games in the series, I'll look the titles up and add them to this review. They are leagues better, if the ones before the last game made were kinda badly drawn, their still good games. Their free, and good enough that I can recommend those.

I bought this the other day and thought I would give it a try. I only played about 30 minutes but can say this was quite fun.

I was doing very well but finally wiped but was pleased to find I was ressurected back at the starting town and only lost 60 Gold.

I am pleased with the game to this point and also like the concept and the graphics. It remonds me of Braveland but a much deeper concept and the leveling system seems to work well to this point. I am rating this game high for fun, detail and playability.

There is nothing to recommend here to PC users, this is another grinding fest tablet game lost on the PC market.

-The game has many element of a RPG, charaters selection, equipment, party building crafting, subquests.
But every single items is too shallow, the whole feeling even more dull.
-Tactical combat (where you'll spend most of your time) is simpistic, the AI making random attacks using random special powers.
-The UI is typical portable stuff, with many non-sense mouse click for a PC game, ùoreover it gives a slow pace to the game.

+ the artworks and storyline are decent, but not great either

There is no challenge even if you are looking for a casual game, this one is CASUAL x CASUAL,
Actually I completed it in windowed mode while watching videos on another screen that's how empty the game is.
It will require maybe 20% of your attention.

Lethal RPG is a solid turn-based RPG and it has a pretty enjoyable play stile. This game focus on the battles and its mechanics, which can be challenging sometimes.

The Pros:

    • Battles are turn-based
    • Variety of different characters with interesting skills.
    • The difficulty can be changed.
    • Spells, Potions and Elements.
    • Simple crafting system
    • A lot of quests.
    • Pets (only for Lethal, the main character)
    • Challenging boss fights

The Cons:

    • The story is derivative but acceptable if you dont search for a thrilling story in here.
    • The graphics are something between weird and hilarious. If you don't pay too much attention on looks of your allies or the monsters, the battle system is totally fine.
    • Agility. It's not very clear who will start the turn's fight or who is next.
    • Menu handling can be sometimes a little bit clumsy in my opinion.

All in all the game is totally worth the price and it's really fun!

Not that great really. Story is forgetable and it takes a lot of grinding to finish Boss Monsters. I don't remember how I ended up with this.

Lethal RPG: War

is a different game!
is a game based on turn strategies, with cartoon grafics and a lot of characters to play.
the story is pretty boring, i haven't followed it, but the gameplay is interesting. all the mission are "Kill those bastards" or " *make some shit* by killing those bastards..." but is always interesting, because of the tons of map areas, enemies, bosses.

PRO

- interesting gameplay
- a lot of characters (you don't really use them all, but there's a lot of choice)
- all the combat are different
- need of strategy to win, you can't only press some random buttons...
- characters with level, that means that you will always beat the game, but you will need some farm!
(i add that in PRO because i like the different levels between map areas and bosses...)
- HUGE map
- it's a new gameplay, not maybe revolutional, but funny

CONS:

- playing it alone can be boring (i've always played it while watching tv...)
- some bosses requires a LOT of farms (some time can be funny, but when you need to farm 30min for just a fucking quest....)

That's it....

ACHIEVEMENT:

[i](for who want to complete them)
- DIFFICULTY:
easy (require just a lot of easy quest, bosses, lvl....)
- TIME
a lot (you need to kill all bosses and all the quests...)
- IDIOT ACHIEVEMENT:
there is the most idiot achievement, that require to kill all the enemies in the arena. the problem is that some enemies do damage based on percentuage of your healt.... that is fucking annoying....
- you can do it!

:::::CONCLUSION:::::

it's a funny game! 5 euros aren't so much for this game! just don't expectto play an RPG like dungeon and dragon! is just a 5 euros game, expect just to have 10-20 hours of relaxed gaming.

I liked the game a lot, I got kind of addicted to it even though it's pretty simple. If you're like me and pay attention to the story even if it's boring, you'll get kind of pissed by the end. The ending took away everything I liked about the game. I'm literally pissed, so I don't recommend it if you get angry easily.

I purchased this game for $1.09, so I wasn't expecting much. But I must say it is extrememly addictive. Well worth the money.

Hello folks,

first time I saw the graphic I thought WTF is that. But this game is more complex and fun than it seems. This game is about 15-25 hours long. For a 0,99€ game this is really great. You have 8 playable characters, a lot of extra bosses and you even need some strategy in this game. You cant just attack, you need to use your spells carefully. Its not too easy and it is not too hard. And if you need some challenges you can go into an arena with some strong bosses.

I can recommend this game. If you dont mind this kind of graphic and some cheesy dialogues, you will enjoy this game.

I played this whole game on youtube.
The first 3 Parts are with german commentary all other parts are english without any commentary.

As a long time fan of the Lethal RPG series, I must say this game is great, despite not adhering to the formula I enjoyed most (LRU). I enjoy how cohesive, polished, and true to the franchise this game is. The battle system is comfortable with a really fast-to-click-through(?) UI (appreciate it since I play a lot of turn based RPGs), good amount of progression and a fair amount of choice as to how you want to play. For a dollar, this game's a monster.

If you like lightweight, turn-based RPGs of any kind, this is a great game to pick up.

It's not epic. It's not a great gem. But for its price I think it delivers.
There are indeed 3v3, or similar number turn based games available in great quantity and quality, but if you want to play 1 such game and also want to take a break from their typical freemium aspect or their Chinese or South Korean or Marvel
like-ness then this is worth its modest price.

If you have not played too much of those, then by all means stick with those and pass on this because some of those have over 1000 characters to offer (and for free).
If you are not a fan of this type of game to begin with then by all means also pass. This ain't the game that is going to turn you.

The linear story is fairly well written so far.

One minor gripe I have is the controls. Clicking on the monster does not count. You have to click the number (which is available at 2 places - above the monster and above your action button after you press that). For games of its type, clicking on the monster should suffice. And clicking directly on the monster should convey the notion of basic attack, instead of making us select basic attack like 1984.

Another is auto-battle would really have helped with farming.

One medium gripe is while the game boasts 8 playable characters, you start right away with 3 (so you don't experience building a team or the such) but also the next character does not seem to unlock for quite some time. Until then, there's not much to do in terms of strategic options.

After playing all of the other games, this game basically goes before everything else happens, and does it very good.

TLDR: No Xbox360 pad support. Plays slower than a typical RPGMaker game. Poor quality setting. Impressive for a browser game but hardly competes with anything on Steam.
