Nilspace

Pretty great and polished game. It's a Persona-esque game with Fire Emblem-like gameplay, though the story from what I read on the forums is completely linear, so the story choices you make are just "flavor text" so to speak. It does mean you feel no pressure in choosing them though. WHO you choose to interact with and in what order is, in contrast, EXTREMELY important though. If say you didn't plan out your activities beforehand then you are screwing yourself in the battle section, delaying upgrades and stuff. That said, most of the time you should be able to beat the game the "default" way even on the highest difficulty. There could be a lot more depth like delving into certain characters' stories giving you Unique Items and stuff you wouldn't have otherwise, but I'm too early in the game to know if that's a thing right now.

Story's pretty chill. Not gonna spoil more than that. The only question I have is whether Nilspace (the in-game game) is a 3rd POV action game or a turn-based tactics game because sometimes the characters would geek out on details that make no sense if it's a TBT, like attacking the enemy's back or the enemy moving too fast to hit and stuff.

Would recommend to anyone who like this type of game or maybe even dating sims. It's not a dating sim but the format is a little similar.
