Nothing compares to WOS 3 but this is definately the second best in the series. Choose a sunny midday or early evening and the scenery is pretty good. I don't find the brakes as bad as others say. Each notch does brake that bit harder and I can stop perfectly well without going to full brakes and no it doesn't take half the platform to stop.
Sounds might be copied from WOS 3 but the sounds in WOS 3 were very good so again, I don't see that as a negative.

I think full price for this now is asking too much. It's over 7 years old. If on offer for £5 - £7 I'd say give it a go. Always get a refund if you don't like it.

I bought this game and I have to say I did not enjoy it. This game is very demanding on graphics and It lags a lot. I liked World of Subways vol 1 better then this one. This game needs a lot of updates and I hope that it can be fixed along with the voice acting which is a joke.

The game is very good with real route, real subway, real operations, real schedules, everything is real, but reality means TOO HARD for computer gamers.

I enjoyed WOS 3 but this was an utter dissapointment in comparison. The sounds are horrible and unrealisitc. The braking is unrealisitc and the train is glued to the tracks. They attempted to make a sort of campaign with their missions but failed dismally. The subtitles don't match what the characters are saying, the characters look weird, the overall animations are bad.

Also it's a pain in the ass to close the doors manually in most cases. I understand conductors usually do this but I like doing everything manually to get the full experience.

Overall if you're buying this game because you want more diversity in your locomotive experience then don't bother. Stick with WOS 3. Buying this game is a downgrade at best.

I posted a question to the developers forum, and watched and waited for days for support. None ever came. The forum statistics says it recieves an average of 16 posts a day. I commonly saw TML employees logged into the forum. Yet no one could be bothered to answer my post.

For this reason I cannot recommend this product or any other TML product.

This game for me is a tale of two halves, it has its positives but mostly negatives.

Positives:
Ability to take over services at designated stations
Career mode-esque
Ability to continue driving the service once the terminus has been reached
Some physics

Negatives
Water and leaves coming through the train windows....
Sound pack is awful, its the same both inside and out of the train
Awful graphics
Interface is awful

This is so sad, as many of the features Ihave listed as an issue on this game were dealt with rather well in the London Underground version they made, which is MUCH better.

I really enjoy playing this game. It is actually a very good design and allows for you to really get into it. If you're a fan of simulated train operation, this is the game for you. In particular, I like the NY games because the trains are much easier to operate that other systems. It takes little to no learning curve to play this version.
My hope is that they will release another modern day swubway simulator. In particular, I'd like to see Chicago, Boston, Washington DC, and Los Angeles. Perhaps also a partnership with Walt Disney World and add in the Disney Monorail from Orlando, FL.

Summary

While not that horribly bad, this is not the game I expected. It's not as bad as another TML game, the Fernbus Simulator, but still, it's much worse than other train sims out there. It has some improvements over WoS 3, and is much less buggy for me when in outside of the train mode, but I still get occasional crash here and there, which really shouldn't happen after such a long time since the game's release. The worst things are physics and graphics. Overall, I cannot recommend it.

What works... sort of... kind of...

1. The route is rather decent, and pretty varied, although the real underground part is pretty short. I like that a pretty long part of it is above ground but from the World of Subways I'd expect a bit more subway stations.
2. Weather is overall acceptable, except for winter which is not good at all. Hand wipers are a nice touch.
3. Stations are properly crowded when compared to other train sims out there. You can really feel that the you are driving a train in a busy metropolis.
4. The depot is passable. The only things I don't like are the horrible faces and character models and above all, those immersion-breaking TML game ads. I already bought your game, TML, don't need to ruin my immersion. This is how the route was supposed to look in the 1980s/90s, why the modern ads?
5. Being able to walk around your train and stations. I really loved this feature in WoS 3, and I love it here.
6. I have a high-end PC so I have almost no FPS problems and when I do, those are very minor. Can't complain here.

What really doesn't work

1. Physics. They're not as good as WoS 3 or Train Simulator. Especially the brakes, most of them do little, and then the last two levels stop a huge train in an instant. Not very realistic.
2. I might be wrong, but I think that some sounds were actually recycled from the previous games by TML.
3. Character models. If you want to include people in your game, and especially if you want us to be able to see them face to face. When really close, these look simply awful. I know that other train sims have horrible characters too, but I would really love to see a sim one day that would make them at least passable. Also, the animation are horrible and they disappear as soon as they enter or exit the train.
4. Stability. While more stable than WoS 3, you can still encounter some CTDs, especially when continuing your schedule on the way back. This shouldn't happen so long after the release date.
5. While there are many trains travelling in the opposite direction, you don't seem to encounter nearly enough trains going the same way you are. Remember, this is one of the busiest lines in the world. It's supposed to be full of trains.
6. Winter. Snow effects are simply awful.
7. Some stations are empty for no reason.

I've been playing WOS since the 1st installment with the PATH. WOS 4 is a huge improvment from that game, but is a giant step backwards from WOS 2 and 3.
WOS 3 is, so far, the pinnacle of the series, probably because they had an actual license from the London Underground.
This game however, provides a cheap knockoff of the MTA. It's almost like the developers watched some YouTube videos of the 7 line and built a game around it. They couldn't even settle on a time era. The signs, rolling stock and stations are full of anachronistic items that just don't fit together. The train handles like it's glued to the track and the missions provide unrealistic scenarios that seem really out of place.
The only improvement in this game over its predecessors is the addition of Agro mode, which gives you some kind of passenger feedback. It's a bit of a throwback to BVE's happy/angry face system.
Unless you're a huge rapid transit game buff, skip this one and go back to WOS 2 or 3. Hopefully TML will get their act together again and give us something astounding (and licensed) for WOS 5.

I've been playing with all WOS series (not on steam, except WOS4) since 2011. This one is very similar to WOS2->WOS3, with enhanced graphics, and much less boring. It's a fresh and pleasant departure from Train Simulator in terms of drivers experience and simulation realism.

The main grief I have is the so-called "life signals"... They are much too often green. Experienced users should have an option to define themselves the degree of "congestion" on the subway, and also the chance of unexpected events.

For short, one of the best trains sims around on Steam (if not the best ?)

aight ill be straight up as a real NYC T/O (motorman) i can tell u the physics like braking power is very very unrealistic and not just for this volume, 1 2 and 3 also had terrible physics the graphics r stunning but thats where realism stops basicaly. The trains brake waay to hard if u hafve ever driven a real R36 Redbird ( the name of the train model u get in this game) u will know that the brakes arnt anywhere close to as powerful as they r in this game. thats my 2 cents

Personally, I do enjoy the game. It is a different approach to the World of Subways franchise. I enjoy the driving aspects and would recommend it to those who enjoy train simulators. However, of course. No game is perfect and there are some glaring problems.

I do not drive a train in real life. However, I can tell that the braking is a little off. There is no way EVER that a train would be able to brake that fast. It just is unheard of so that really needs improvement. Along with this. The train lacks a lot of detail, I have watched many videos about how good the game is and the only reason that it isn't as detailed as World of Subways volume 3 is because they don't have enough information about this type of train. Yes I can understand that it can be hard to do research especially on a game based in the 1990s (I think). However, I guarantee that the information will be out there and doing a little extra research would help the design of the game appear better.

Along with the graphics and detail. The surroundings are extremely weird. The game appears to be set in a city where are the houses are perfect cuboids. I think a little more dynamic views of the surroundings would make the game appear more realistic instead of the cars, when they slow down, appearing to have no suspension what-so ever. I mean seriously, they are bouncing around like a mental bunny. The detail on the track is good (could be better).

The NPCs are a massive problem in this game as well. There are really, and I mean really, unrealistic. You can tell that TML studios rushed the depot and the NPCs in it. First, let's talk about the depot. I think that the depot is an interesting concept and I personally like it (the concept that is). However, I dislike it in this game because it is so poorly made. The depot lacks extreme amounts of detail and just seems like a waste of time. There is nothing to interact with in the depot except the NCPs. It just seems like a waste of time, you could do everything in the depot in a menu to save a ton of time. On your side designing it and the players' side playing the game. The depot lacks a load of detail and just seems thrown together in a mad rush to release the game. Furthermore, TML have put no effort in the NPCs either. If they don't have the effort to make the depot appear some-what good. The NPCs will be terrible as well. Some of the NPCs have the most ridiculous voice tone I have ever heard in a human being. The way they talk dosn't even make them seem human at all. Along with this, TML didn't even have the effort to try and make the mouth movements match with what they are saying. The tutorial was the worst though, you know when Steve shows you around. The camera angles are ridiculously off and you end up right in the face of that non-human character Steve while he talks with the horrific mouth sync.

Speaking of NPCs, you know the director. You can talk to him whenever you want and he tells you how you are doing. I guarentee that 90% of you, when you click him, it will say "I have to say you are doing really bad." I mean I work myself to pieces for an hour and get 90% overall and he thinks that's bad. WHAT? Also, when you go past a red light in the game it sends you back to the cringey depot to talk to the boss. But that only occurs with red lights. So when you derail the train everything is fine but edging past a red light... OOOOOO... What have you done.

Overall, I enjoy this game and is a "interesting" concept compared to the other games in the franchise. However, I do currently see it as a step-down from World of Subways 3 and maybe even 2 and 1. Personally, I enjoy the gameplay but how I see the game visually and the mechanics of the game are definitely, as the director would put it, "in the lower-third." These errors can easily be fixed but I do believe that they will not and I really wanted this game to recieve the credit it deserved. But unfortunately, TML just didn't put enough effort and research to make this game what it should have been.

Thank you for reading.

I may be pretty young but I am old enough to remember the RedBirds in their last few years of service and because of the location of my school I ride the 7 pretty often. Apart from the various inaccuraccies in this game ranging from the New York accents in the characters (trust me it's bad), physics, era inconsistencies with track layouts, surrounding terrains, and paint schemes of the trains not to mention the lack of other traffic, the controls are confusing to memorize and don't seem to flow through the keyboard very well. I mean the game is okay, not terrible, not great but it's just.. "meh". I would only get this if it were on sale (which I did after watching many youtube videos)

I am glad I got this at half off. Production was too rushed and careless to justify full price.

Cons:

The game was left with such glaring errors as taking you to an occupied platform at the terminus, and allowing you to platform the train "on top" of an AI train. (photo)

The stories setting up each challenge are pretty awful. The voice actors are wooden and instead of focusing on a Brooklyn/Queens accent, you have wierd texan drawls, a bizarre mix of british and australian that they clearly had no idea what they were doing, german accents (???) and others that I don't think even the actors knew what they were trying for.

The captions don't always match the dialog and sometimes the tips tell you to do disengenous things like accellerate when you are about to hit a speed limited turnout switch, or as the conducter to close your conducter window and take out the door key before leaving the station.

The stories are thin and completely unrealistic. Like, you're not McGyver, you're not going to drive a train right after an earthquake into a flooding tunnel under the east River and thence resume a normal service pattern before the simulation timer runs out at Hunters Point. You're going to evacuate the station. You also probably can't successfully drive a subway into a station that has no electricity, even if its to bring flashlights from the depot (because the station itself has apparently no emergency preparedness at all and relies on spare subways to bring supplies during power outages. totes real life.) As a subway driver, you would never hand deliver money to hostage takers, or search a train for a bomb. Nor would the authorities allow a subway train known to carry a bomb to be driven further and further in to the city.

The physics laws in the ice storm one are more like physics laws on mushrooms. The performance of the train is only noticably degraded when stopping, and your speed is below 5mph and/or within the last 12 meters of subway platform. When you are not within those specific conditions, traction and braking are completely normal as expected for a several ton vehicle whose friction coeffecient also happens to mean that the wheels act as an excellent de-icing tool for trailing cars 2-11. When you DO fall into those set conditons though? Forget it, the train will slide along past the platform end at 1-2 mph for about 3 car lengths. So so real that I've never heard of such a thing.

I feel like if they had given themselves a bit more time or talent to work on the stories, they could've come up with more realistic things like the super expresses from Mets to Manhattan, having difficulty with deep snow in a blizzard, recovering the schedule after a service intteruption... You know, not "rush someone to the hospital at Queensboro Plaza by Subway" Cuz that wouldn't happen. I mean, maybe have some of these silly godzilla scenarios in addition to more realistic challeneges, but to just have a bunch of nonsense challenges, is kinda disappointing for a realism ops simulator like this. The only realistic ops you get to do is drive the schedule, and you can't even save and return to one. You have to keep starting new schedules and pick departures and then just play as long as you can stand it.

Pros: good graphics. I mean seriously nice views of the IRT Flushing line infrastructure, which saves the game from being a complete fail imo. Ok, the stations are not as decrepit as they really were in the 90's, probably even today, but they are generally quite protoypical in layout, material finishes, structural design and down to details like the wiring bundles hanging from the guard rails and the sides of the tunnel. The underground stations are also very nicely modeled. The redbird subway cars are decently re-created here. The schedules allow lots of choice for running realistic operations amongst worlds generally filled by AI. As long as it doesn't eff up and put you onto a track it has occupied with AI traffic and ruin everything.

World of Subways 4, a game obviously not meant for everybody. Probably my bias for New York since I currently reside there, but I absolutely love this game despite all the downsides. There is no campaign from what I can gather, but the game always lets you choose your shift/time/weather and even how many stops you want to takeover, this freedom allows you to take on quick games or longer ones. There are also special missions that you can take on dealing with emergencies and whatnot that are scripted, but still fun.

The main drawbacks of this game would probably the physics and graphical fidelity. Physics in this game are pretty unrealistic, allowing you to brake on the dime at low speeds and accelerate very quickly like your train is made out of cardboard. It still has a sense of train physics, but not that much for a hardcore sim fan to favor. The graphics are pretty poor with everything that isn't the train being lower quality. Pedestrian textures are absolutely abysmal too, making it look like this game came out in 2006. It's actually funny because this game also runs like garbage at max settings despite the fact that it looks so outdated. Also there's no save mechanic during shifts so you have to finish every job you do before exiting the game which sucks.

If you're into these types of games, I think you will really enjoy it especially if you live in New York City since this game captures ambience of it decently. Hopefully TMC takes their future World of Subway games seriously like they are doing with Fernbus and create a World of Subway game that doesn't look like it came out 10 years ago.

I very much enjoyed TML's Berlin Subway and Line 51 from many years ago.
This game is a disappointment. OK for $15 US.
I just got a software update that I would have never expected since it was released in 2015 and I bought it 5/2019. It now crashes midway while I am playing.
My gaming computer is about the same age as this game and it has a long load time and it is hard to get the graphics setup so that works well in the office, setting up the train and driving modes.
It runs the same line over and over and the missions are rather goofy.
Ok for $15 but not if it will always crash now.

I guess if you grew up with "L" stations..subways etc..like I did,. this might interest you.. wish they would continue the series and do the full Chicago CTA "L" lines.. The Pink, Blue, Red, Brown etc etc.. anyways... during the 60's and early 70's it seems like I lived at a dang L station... to this day , when I see pics of a wooden station platform I can still smell the wood and steel and imagine the vibrations... dang near magical...you would have had to live it .. to understand it... they did good here to grab that feeling and deserve more respect then this series gets..

of course get it if interested.. Looks fine... plays well once you get use to the "new game" control setup.. no complaints... other than I don't play it enough.. it really is a winner...

I got this game during the July 2019 STEAM SALE for $5.00. What a bargain! I'm getting used to playing it now. Great ride.
The Game is a bit buggy. Unknown crashes (game not train) sometimes. Human character models are atrocious. NY accent/language is horrid. (Someone in another review suggested developers SHOULD have used English {I say NY} actors).
So you say why do I give it a VERY POSITIVE rating?

As a lifelong resident of Queens County NY (the World's Borough), and a DAILY RIDER on the #7 Train (for too many years),
this game is SO VERY, VERY ACCURATE in it's 3D VISUAL PORTRAYAL of the look of the train, it's surroundings, the route
itself. Love the cinematic camera! The stations, and all within are SPOT ON. There it is, in Grand Central, the very new-stand
where I would buy a piece of candy each nite after work while waiting for my train. Shea Stadium (not Citifield) is Glorious. The Rail Road yards in LIC. The solid Masonry Viaduct above Queens Blvd. The only thing missing on the tracks are the RATS.

A friend of mine was a conductor then a driver (later a supervisor) for many years with the NYC-TA on the IND and IRT systems. He tells me the use and driving of the train and its controls are quite accurate. He differs with the placement of switches on the rear control panel, but otherwise the controls are true to the real R-33 cabins.

I say to you...if you like a train/subway simulator (the 'EL' nature of the route has plenty to see outside the window,{and OHH the cinematic camera}), and you're familiar with riding the #7, this game is an ABSOLUTE must! Especially when it goes on sale again.

I've had this game for a while, since it's early stages to current day

Let me say this

*BE AWARE OF WHAT YOU'RE BUYING!*
If you're a train buff/railfan, there are a few things off about these redbirds.
1. Master Controller has four positions when it actually is supposed to be Switching, Series, and Parallel.
2. The grade coming out of Flushing, Main St is extremely difficult to get out of at times if you're going at a low speed exiting the station.
3. Instructions on Missions contradict themselves (For ex: "Use the horn to signal a non-stop" and then "You have missed a station..")
4. Uniforms are off, but that's not something I'm extremely bothered about.
5. Re-used sounds from previous WoS games.
6. Braking doesn't kick in till you place the brake handle around full service.
7. Indication boards are off even if you make a perfect stop
8. Door controls on the MDC are off, following an R-15 rather than an R33ML. Same goes for the key.
9. Horn could use a lot of work
10. Interior could use remodeling. (Cab looks good)
11. The way you're suggested to operate is completely off from reality. MC can go into Parallel when departing and brakes are to move to the right gradually when stopping.

There's a whole list of things I could go on about, but these are just the things that immediately came on my mind. The exterior is modeled nicely, just the bumper being thin and the trucks being thin too bothers me.

It would be nice to have a separate mode conducting, switching cabs depending on the side of the platform and controlling the rear and upper section of doors.

I will say, a pro about this simulation is that you feel as if you're doing a job. Being able to choose a shift and interact with other TA employees gives this feel. To my current knowledge, this is the only walk around simulation for the NYC subway. In the way this game currently is, I feel its up to your choice on what you'd like to do with your money. TML abandoned this game in 2015 and sadly, won't have any more updates from them. They could have done a lot more research on NYCT and during this time when the Redbirds ran on the IRT Flushing line. Another thing, the final mission is well laid out, and can scare the hell out of you.

Delfino

I have generally a positive feeling about this game. It has the same feel as WOS1 which is good. The graphics has improved and the surroundings are pretty detailed. I like the sounds too. There are some buttons to press inside the cab and the general feel of driving is nice. Unfortunately it's only one route (in comparison WOS1 had several lines to play with) which is not that much varied. But we also have express version of the train which runs same route but on a seperate track. I think the most challenging part is like in WOS1 sticking to speed restriction while not owning a speedometer ;) As for the physics it seems pretty good. There is a dynamic like brake (3 first notches) and air brake which seems to be a bit too effective - stopping is pretty easy. They also added some first-player perspective like walking around the yard to pick up missions etc. It is a nice addition but it's pretty basic. The animations of other people are like made 20 years ago. Still it's not the main part of the game. We can use AI conductor or switch to his position to open/close the doors by ourselves. For that reason the passengers are modelled and they really get in and out of our train. Maybe it's not a very sophisticated model but still we can realisticaly find the moment to close the doors. If you are into trains and prefferably you liked WOS1 then you will like this installment too. I would recommed buying it even for the full price as this is cheaper than single route for TS and it offers much more. I really wish they remastered WOS1 with this level of details.

Yes I admit that the game is not that charming at your first approach. After several hours of playing, it will change your mind. This version is as good as WOS 3! Cab sways, EXP route, details, how the driving is graded, everything. Spend some time on it and you will find its worth!

This is a very clever game RPG which is not normally my cup of tea but this has trains in it, even though you are driving under ground lol great buy well worth it

Pretty much the best subway simulator out there in my opinion. It only features one train on one route but it is a great depiction of the New York 7 route in the 70's using classic redbird trains. The physics feel far better than previous world of subways efforts, the above ground sections are scenic and give you alot to look at while the underground sections and stations feature realistic assets, furniture, signage and equipment. WoS implements a time skip feature which works pretty well and alleviates the waiting around common in train simulator scenarios. The depot is an interesting if not all that necessary feature allowing you to walk around and speak to staff who will give you various missions. Now on to the less good stuff; The Missions - I've played 62 hours of this game and never completed a mission. Why? everything has to be perfect lights not set correctly instant fail, headlight on at the start of a station platform? instant fail, speeding with no speedo in the cab - not instant but still a fail if you don't catch it quick. If I was more interested I would complete them but I'm pretty happy zipping up and down on the realistic schedules and shifts; you can drive any shift at any time of the year starting from any station, its a great way to change things up outside of premade scenarios. Character models are terrible - easily the worst part of the game, they're repeated often and very glitchy. They get stuck in the doors getting on and off the train, often there's no fix other than to start driving! Breaks the immersion a bit. The train brakes are not realistic - The train features 8 brake settings the first 4 being air brakes and the last 4 being stronger friction brakes, the train will slow down but not stop in the first 4 brake settings meaning you have to use the 5th whenever stopping at stations. This didn't bother me too much, but it seemed a little weird, I've read on forums that the redbirds would never use their friction brakes and would almost always stop using air brakes - a small detail that should really only bother someone who'd driven a real redbird. Pay attention to the system requirements, this game is not well optimised but should run fine on any 'gaming' pc from the last 5 years or so. All in all, limited route and content but it does do the route well, if anyone from tml is reading this hows about throwing in some modern train stock dlc?

Good game, and I like the entire series, TML is a good game producer. However I'm experiancing a large number of game crash-to-desktop quite randomly, and TML is aparently not accepting the crash reports.

The Graphics are incredible and trains are spot on. But to be honest I like TSW 2020 a little bit more becuause of how real it looks.

Great game will give you a glimpse of what it is like to run a subway train in NYC and keep to the schedule. Very realistic scenery. Inexpensive as you just need to buy one game, under $20.

Just as good as the 1ST but even slightly more graphics highly addictive more freedom on camera angles except looking underneath the train but beautiful details at EVERY STOP!

Good game, Graphics intensive though, but amazing detail to the surrounding enviorment, especially for a game from 2015! Great story, and missions.

I like this game a lot. The train driving aspect is very realistic, and I used to take the #7 train when I lived in NYC. The people are afterthoughts and not up to the quality of the rest of the game, and the buildings are generic at times, but the track itself is pretty spot on, and that's why I drive it. It's challenging to stop it in the right place every time. Yes, it's one line, but given that this is the closest most of us will come to driving the NYC subway, for $15, it's worth it to me.

I'm pleased with it and would recommend it to train/subway sim fans.

I really regret buying this game my brand new $2000 gaming laptop can not handle this game that alone is concerning when it can handle literally any other game i've tried like nothing! on top of that as others have said the game is awful quality physics are terrible even when the guy is just walking around! driving is so hard it's not even fun to me which is the entire point of the game. the people look so fake the way the walk is so tragic it's so slow and robotic the lack of physics and control on the vehicle is just so bad. TML used to be one of my favorite game studios they are trash now do not get it WOS 1 is so much better and i'm pretty sure that is from windows xp very sad.

I quite enjoyed this game, I wish there were other lines such as F to help me remember my holiday in NYC. The game is fun and can be challenging at times. The scenery is a bit repetitive but the track route and layout are decent.

The reason why I have only used this for three hours in the last two years is due to the frustrating beginning! I just want to run trains, not go through all the fuss of booking on and walking around a depot. Just give me a list of train schedules to choose from.

I love the sounds of the trains, ive found out about this game from youtube and bought it. Defenetly worth the price and I 100% reccomend. If you are buying are downloading this game I think its best if you have a 80 or 100 % Keyboard to play since on the train you have to use keys like F keys. Again this game is really good and worth the price

Having been born and raised in NYC i consider myself a Subway Buff. I have taken every train in NYC many times, including the & to Shea. Having said that, i was really hoping this game would at least resemble reality.
it sadly does not. Its still a fairly fun game, however, some of the issues in the missions make it SUCK, so therefore i must give it a BUY IF ON BIG SALE.
First off, the FOG mission. The game does not tell you at any time even if your going the speed limit that you cannot go over switches faster then 19 mph. But the game fails to tell you when your about to hit a switch! SUCK! so,, mission failed. Try again. Since i remembered where that switch was i passed it successfully. Now, 35 seconds to go...coming in to the last stop, Main St, theres ANOTHER SWITCH!! remember theres no warning, signal, notice, nothing! So im going 25 in a 20 trying to get the time and wham, it hits me with the "you must go 19 or less over switches" Suck factor. another hour lost. THAT SUCKS!!! Either tell me when the switches are about to come up or change a signal to yellow or something?? F you. poor design. So next time i play (if i do, Ill have to write down where the switches are).
Ok next suck factor, You must click on the "black and white boards" before you can open the doors. Since in real life there is no such thing, but in this game you must do it or nothing happens. The boards are placed so you must stop exactly at the designated spot. Fair enough. But if you pass a spot by mere inches you can not click it. All but guaranteeing a fail. And worse, you cant reverse!?? WTF? So the mission and 2 hours are just wasted? Wow. that SUCKS! Ok, the voice overs are clearly forign, so minor gripe. Kinda creepy.
Now lets talk about the HORRIBLE GRAPHICS. Im running on a 3060TI so should be no issues. Its just bad. Ok graphics aside, it coulD be much better.
Overall its underwhelming, but still cool to drive the train. The Ice mission Is very hard. Again, if you pass the stop marker by inches you cant reverse (if you can let me know how because switching to reverse does nothing), so either go very slow and no way you can make the time or slide past the marker. Sucks.
Last up. game wont load after either a windows 11 update?? Not sure why i cant play it on my 3060 ti rig, but i can play on win 10 with a GTX 960. . Its a hassle.

I would recommend this game if you would REALLY like to an MTA train and see what its like.
