The Scales of Astraea allows you to weight one wish against another; one fate against the other. The Bearer has to chose which of them to destroy, which future will be chosen; one ruined and another flourished. A power to change the past, the present, and the future, to trample over the Fate itself...
The story is good. Mindblowing good. It is as logical as it can be in that setting. It is a solid game, but if you are here for a story, I strongly recommend chosing either normal or easy difficulty. The game has some mistranslations that make the game much harder. One of such examples is Karon skill that according to translations give you 10 to each resistance and increase break damage by 1.5x - and break mechanic is something ingame - but in reality... it increases resistance by 100 and increase damage taken by 1.5x!
Couple different playstyles to chose in terms of weaponry (there is obviously weapon better for certain role, but all are good), the skills (sort of spells equivalent) gives you plenty of options (in the end there are 5 spell tiers for each of 6 elements), with spells giving you invincibility frames to give you a breath in a fight or "tank" hits. Grow system is just additional powerup tree with trees, and mastering equipment gives you more abilities to chose.
Music is pretty good, but some tracks are pretty forgetable, and some being real good bangers, but nothing that doesn't really fit the situation or the fight, so still good overall. The backgrounds are really beautiful, but the main scenery could use work since you can see textures overlapping on each other and terrain being pretty wonky when trying to traverse it (especially in places where you need to move into hidden parts, then it involves a lot of random jumping to just get out since not always you can see you character).
All in all, because the story is really good and I got involved in it a lot, strong 9/10 and one of the few ones I decided to 100% and get my own happy ending.
It was my wish that changed the fate.
